The Space:
Experience comfort and space at our expansive finca, located in the picturesque rural area south of Cali, near Pance. With a total area of 54,000 m² (13+ acres), this property is perfect for large groups and special events, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality.

The finca is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 29 people, featuring various sleeping arrangements including bunk beds and individual beds. These spaces are thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and comfort, allowing all guests to enjoy a restful stay.

Amenities and Common Areas:

Equipped Kitchen: The finca includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing homemade meals during your stay. It features modern appliances, kitchen utensils, and a spacious preparation area.

Common Areas: Enjoy our expansive common areas, which include a swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi (takes 2 hours to heat). These spaces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time with friends and family. The pool area is blessed with a magnificent view of the city. The outdoors area also comes with a soccer court, trampoline and web bed for sunbathing or stargazing.
Additionally, we have a game zone with pool table, ping pong table, the Colombian Sapo game.

Bluetooth speaker: We have a big bluetooth speaker that you are welcome to use during your visit. It's located by the BBQ and can be brought down to the pool area (please bring it back).

Storage Areas: For your convenience, there are dedicated spaces for storing clothing and personal belongings, ensuring everything is organized and accessible during your stay.

Parking: The finca offers ample parking space, providing plenty of room for the vehicles of all guests.

PLEASE NOTE:

The quoted base price is for a maximum of 12 people. Each additional person has a cost of $100,000 COP. Also, if you wish to bring your pet to this wonderful place, there is an additional cost of $50,000 COP.

Guest Access:
Once booked, the entire finca is yours to enjoy, except for the cabin where the house manager lives with his wife.

To ensure a smooth arrival at our finca, we have established a clear and straightforward process for accessing the property.

Please note that access will not be granted until the check-in process (rental agreement + ID of all guests) has been completed.

Addition, entry is limited to 9 p.m., as the butler's workday ends at that time and he is in charge of opening and closing the door at all times for security reasons and to control all visitors and guests.

Other Things to Note:
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.

Upon arrival, your group may be asked again to identify themselves with the house manager.

Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.

Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.

Interaction with Guests:
At our finca, we want to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay with a dedicated presence of our on-site staff.

On-Site staff:
The finca is staffed with a house manager (Yecid) and his wife (Martha) who live on the property in a separate building and who are present on the property to help with anything you may need. They are here to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to assist you with any requests or issues that may arise during your stay.
Martha can he hired to cook breakfast and lunch for $60.000 per day. Please bring your own groceries.

Also, if you need someone to make the beds and clean the rooms, you can request it directly with Mrs. Martha, who charges $100,000 COP for this service. If you need a change of sheets and towels, the price can increase up to $150,000 COP.

Additional Needs:
If you require any additional assistance or have special requests during your visit, our remote team is always available to help you.
