Welcome to The Outpost â A Private Retreat in the Louisiana Countryside
Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, modern-rustic getawayâwhere mornings are slow, nights are quiet, and nature is just outside your door. The Outpost is the kind of place that makes you want to unplug, pour a glass of sweet tea, and stay a while. Set on a full acre and surrounded by the natural beauty of Louisiana's marshland and open sky, this home was designed with comfort, connection, and calm in mind.
Whether you're here for a short escape or a longer stay, The Outpost offers a space that feels both refreshingly remote and instantly familiar.
The Setting
From the moment you arrive, youâll feel the calm of this tucked-away property. The large front and back porches are made for morning coffee, afternoon naps, and evenings around the fire. Rocking chairs and outdoor seating invite you to slow down, listen to the frogs, spot birds overhead, and enjoy the expansive yard that feels like your own private nature preserve.

The living room is the heart of the home, with two large sofas, a leather recliner, and an oversized smart TV perfect for movie nights. An electric fireplace adds a cozy glow in the evenings, creating a welcoming space to gather after a day spent exploring or relaxing.
Dining & Kitchen
