Notice:
This home features air conditioning in the loft area and a mini split unit in the master bedroom. While the rest of the home does not have A/C (as is common in Wyoming), keeping windows open in the evenings and shades drawn during the day helps maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the space.

Please note: The backyard is currently in progress grass and a hot tub will be installed, with the hot tub expected to be available starting in June. For this reason, we are offering a discounted rate during this time.
