This architecturally designed home, built in 2015 from the original 1960s bach, seamlessly blends indoor-outdoor living through expansive sliding doors opening onto a front porch with million-dollar views. In the back, a covered terrace is set amongst tropical foliage making it a perfect place for you to relax or dine in any weather. The interior features tasteful furnishings in natural tones, complementing the bright, airy atmosphere with a Bose sound system ready to play your favorite beach tunes. Starlink WiFi ensures reliable high-speed connectivity.

Accommodating up to eight guests plus a young child, the home offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a 4th separate sleep-out.
The elevated master suite features an ensuite, walk-in closet, and private balcony with incredible views of the ocean during the day and stargazing at night.
The 4th bedroom is a unique sleep-out providing accommodation for two guests and is nestled on the hillside behind the home amongst native trees and more amazing views.

You will be able to use the secluded hot+cold outdoor shower for post-beach rinses.

A short walk down the beach at low tide leads to Taronui Bay, one of the world's rare natural lagoons, offering another exceptional swimming spot.
The property includes ample parking for your vehicles and a boat, with two boat launching access points on the beach (4X4 recommended).

Two kayaks (1x one-person + 1x two-person) and a paddle board are also available for you to explore.

The Cleaning and Linen Fee INCLUDES quality and professionally laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Beds will be made up for you prior to arrival and stripped down after you depart. Pillows and duvets are provided.
