Step into a spacious, open-concept layout featuring a comfortable living area with seating for six and a Smart TV. For those cozy nights in, the kitchen offers everything needed for a homemade meal, including brand new modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stove/oven, microwave range, coffee maker drip and k-pod, toaster, kettle, blender, and all essential cookware. Gather around the formal dining table for a meal with ocean views as the perfect backdrop. Our queen-sized sofa sleeper adds an additional bed for those extra two guests.

- This condo is located on the 1st floor providing amazing views for a more peaceful and private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

- Linens and Towels included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

- Horizon East Resort is centrally located in Murrells Inlet with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking or biking distance.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.

MAINTENANCE: There is maintenance to the front of the building which should not obstruct your entry or balcony view but can be an annoyance. This is priced into the nightly rate and a refund will not be given unless it affects the ocean-side view or blocks entry to the condo.
