Cette suite très spacieuse et confortable a été aménagée pour un séjour relaxant et joyeux. Vous aurez votre propre accès à la pièce par la porte coulissante en verre de l'arrière-cour, ainsi qu'une clé pour verrouiller la pièce. La suite est meublée d'un lit king-size californien et d'un canapé-lit en mousse à mémoire de forme queen.
WiFi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes premium, y compris HBO, Netflix et Sling TV. Kitchenette très utile équipée d'un micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire électrique, etc ...
Vous aurez votre propre accès privé à la porte coulissante de la cour 24 heures avec votre propre clé, et une intimité totale et entière pendant la journée. La porte de la zone de la famille d'accueil est verrouillée en permanence.

Relaxing, quiet and romantic

This was a charming little place, private and quiet. They thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable we had to ask to try to find one for home. I would love to stay again!

Cozy, Comfy, Great Location!

The property was as described. Lovely landscaping, a nice pool area, a comfortable bed, kitchenette well-stocked, owners responded immediately to our questions. Plenty of parking. Also located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, banking, gas, and restaurants. If you stay here be sure to visit the nearby Leatherby's Family Dairy Ice Cream Parlor, we went three times this week! We recommend this property and would stay here again the next time we travel this way. Thanks very much for a great experience.

Comfy and convenient

Stayed here while in town for a week-long training seminar. Location was perfect and quiet. I was surprised by a flock of turkeys strolling down the sidewalk when getting into my car one morning, but otherwise nothing out of the norm. It was nice to have a king bed, although memory foam and I are not the best of friends (some people love it, but I like more support). The only sink is in the bathroom, which felt odd for washing dishes, but I enjoyed having a kitchenette and the option of BBQ outside. All interaction with hosts was online, but I never had a problem, or questions to ask, so that was fine for me. I had a number to call if I needed it. Other renters in adjacent units were pleasant and quiet. Friendly when we both shared the patio area.

“leave the unit in the same condition you found it“

I love water but both the bathtub and the pool were not clean enough to even consider using. The email I received touched on the room being cold (because the AC is shared between all rooms) and suggested opening the window, (the email also suggest “or don’t book the room” rude much?) however I am a women traveling alone and didn’t feel safe leaving the window open. So I froze all night even with the extra blanket I pulled out of the closet. But what really made me mad? Not only was there a surprise cleaning fee of $XX when I booked my room, I got a text the day of check out telling me to leave the unit the way I found it! I am not cleaning my own room if I have to pay $XX for you to clean it! Especially since the bathtub was gross with dirt and grim. I guess the last guest didn’t clean it enough? The only plus side to this room? The bed was comfy but because of the state of the tub I questioned the state of cleanliness of it and didn’t sleep soundly.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were here visiting our sons. The property was conveniently located. Very comfortable and quiet. If you are picky, like me, about your toilet paper, I recommend bringing your own. We always bring our own wash clothes, hand towels, and toilet tissue. That way we don’t risk staining the owners stuff. Everything was well stocked. Overall, an awesome choice for us.

Kids Swim meet

Was in town for a swim meet in Roseville. Location was good close to amenities and an easy 15 minute drive to the aquatic center. Host was responsive and very accommodating. Will come back if we find ourselves out this way again. Thanks.

Absolute Delight

Great for quiet time!

Clean, easy access, great pool and outdoor area. I was working a Mermaid C, so appreciated having a quiet place to regroup. I would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect.

Nothing but the best. We've chosen to stay here at least 3 times now. This is OUR home away from home. We wI'll be back soon. We come to this area every 2 to 3 months and just LOVE it ! ! !

My Husband and I first stayed at this property mid-June, 2017, for several days. Just loved it. We were so pleased, upon arriving home, we chose to reserve again for the upcoming Holidays. We were able to visit the area again last week, and were able to reserve these wonderful accommodations again for several days. The reason this will be "our" place to choose each time we return to the area is simply because it is so special. Very peaceful, very clean, very charming unit with plenty of room. HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT.

We are currently in dispute with the Landlord. Simply stated the person renting this Vacation Rental is a scam artist. When we arrived a day early to check out the rental we were horrified at the dilapidated and dangerous building that was standing there. The landscaping was dead, the paint was peeling off the building, and there were cameras all over the property. The backyard was torn up with warning signs stating “Keep Out” posted around dangerous dug up areas which were roped off. The pool was disgusting with rust on parts of the bottom. The fence separating the backyard from a Junk Yard next door was falling down in some areas, and there was an old junky broken piece of weight equipment on the other side of the pool from the dug up area that was a death trap to young children. The scam started after we booked the property. The landlord refused to talk to us by phone. Finally VRBO gave us the landlords phone number, the landlord still refused to talk to us and another person told us that the place was perfect and they never refunded money. To give you an idea of the kind of place this rental is, the final line of instructions sent to us by the landlord (after accepting our booking) stated that doing drugs on the premises is not allowed. Also the advertisement implies that the place is safe and secure nothing could be farther from the truth, In any Real Estate transaction, be it a sale or rental, the landlord is obligated to provide the prospective client with any and all relevant information regarding the property. This landlord made that impossible. We booked this property in good faith based on the landlord’s statements that this was a PRIVATE and ROMANTIC cottage implying that it was at least in reasonable condition. This was not the case. All of the pictures and information provided by the landlord fail to show the real condition of the property and the potential health and safety issues, particularly for a family with young children. Also, in the advertisement the landlord shows the property as if it were a single guest unit attached but separate from the house. In fact, it is a dilapidated house with the back of the property divided into three tiny and junky rentals. It is not Romantic and Charming, and being one of three rentals, it is anything but Private. When we arrived at the property, my children were to scared they refused to get out of the car. They completely ruined our vacation. STAY AWAY-STAY AWAY-STAY AWAY

Cozy and Quiet

My husband, son, daughter and I spent one night in Sergey's palatially decorated studio. The space is immaculately clean, full of every amenity and spacious for being a one-room studio. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had a great night's sleep (after figuring out how to turn off the outside light) in the SUPER comfy beds. Sergey was prompt and clear in all his communications and refunded our deposit right away. Many thanks!
