Once you enter the home, you`ll need to head up one flight of stairs to reach the main floor, where the kitchen and living room welcome you with an open, airy layout. The living room features hardwood floors, multiple comfortable seating options, and a 60” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide the ideal space for sharing meals and gathering with friends or family.

Located between two of the most popular areas of Pittsburgh - Lawrenceville & Bloomfield! You`re a 5-7 minute walk to Butler St. in lower Lawrenceville, and a ~15 minute walk to Liberty Ave. in Bloomfield. You can`t beat this location!
Both areas feature bars & restaurants galore.
Lawrenceville is one of the top 4 most expensive zip codes in Pittsburgh - quirky shops, amazing dining, high end cocktails, and breweries galore. There`s something for everyone!
Bloomfield is experiencing its come-up, with a bunch of new bars & restaurants opening in the last few years. Extremely walkable, you can bar crawl into the evening, and stroll back home (or take a super quick Uber).

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate in Pittsburgh. It`s a notoriously difficult city to drive in (but we have little traffic!) They`re affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive in the city, we offer free garage parking + driveway parking.
