Hi everyone! I am thrilled to share my home with you! This Manhattan space is perfect for groups or family’s visiting NYC. Located just 2 blocks from the (2) (3) express subway line that will take you to time square, Central Park, and many more major sites in 20 minutes or less. Many nice restaurants in the area and plenty of supermarkets including Target, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s just 3 minutes away.

Great convenient clean place. Would choose again if we come back to NY! 1. Wish unit had paper towels or napkins and a washer dryer..2. ants were a problem in the back room3. No TV in the living area only in one back bedroom!

Great communication with the owner. The apartment however, is just the bare minimum, but relatively clean. We felt like we were staying in college housing with only coffee mugs for drink ware; nonfunctional soap dispensers in the bathroom and no amenities like kcups, toiletries or lamps in the bedrooms; and no tv in the living room. Decent location near the subway with street parking.

Our group of two adults and five 17-year-olds, all women, stayed here for the weekend. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very close to the subway, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores.Each bedroom had A/C. The front bedroom didn't cool as well, but the provided box fan helped. Beds and bedding were comfortable, although the pillows were flat. The kitchen had basic dishes, utensils, and cookware. We also appreciated the hassle-free checkout with nothing required of us before leaving.Amenities were minimal. There were no paper towels, one towel and washcloth per person, hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner. One of the bedrooms has a door that appears in the listing photos to lead to a courtyard that was overgrown and not usable.Our main concern was safety of the immediate area. The interior entry door had a broken slide latch and did not lock, which made us uncomfortable. We also didn't feel comfortable returning at night. People regularly sat on the porch late into the evening, which made some in our group uneasy. Nothing happened and no one bothered us, but it's worth mentioning for other families or groups traveling with teens.Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious, convenient to the subway, and Ethan was an excellent host, very responsive and great to work with.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room for everyone and 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus! 5 minute walk to the subway was super convenient to get into Manhattan and elsewhere. Ethan was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

I had an amazing time staying here. The place was spacious and clean, I felt very safe and comfortable. The beds are excellent- very comfortable. I will be staying here again during my next trip to NY!

We did not have AC but didnt need it. Not alot of extras, blankets etc. Since AC didnt work neither did heaters. So it did get cold. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. Lots of noise from neighbors, but they are only blocked by a piece of plywood, and the basement entrance is really loud with a metal door and people. The area is typical NY, seemed safe and had good food near by. (Sylvia's)Subway is a 10min walk.

This stay was absolutely perfect. The host made sure everything was prepped and cleaned before we arrived. The space was exactly as advertised. During our stay, the host was responsive to any and everything we needed. I highly recommend choosing this place if you are visiting the city as it is not far from the train and in a quiet place. 10/10. Highly recommend.

It was a good location, comfortable, and the host was very attentive. You can tell they have done remodeling. Unfortunately, the adjacent apartment was noisy and smoked and it permeated our VRBO. Even after the host asked them to stop. They continued.

Family trip to NYC

We really enjoyed or stay! It is close to subway, restaurants and market. With the size of group it was roomy enough for all 7 of us, one of the only properties in our price range with 2 bathrooms. Bonus: several full size mirrors outside of the bathroom! Communication with our host was top notch.

11 of us were able to fit pretty comfortably in this apartment! It’s so close to many things including Sylvia’s! The host, Ethan, was very very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to drop off our bags early. I would recommend!

Spacious house for 5-6 people

House is spacious, 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights. Keep in mind that it is very basic though - no amenities, I had to ask for shampoo, toilet paper etc. ACs in the bedrooms worked, but kitchen and living rooms were warm. It wasn’t too bad, as we kept the bedroom doors opened. Host is easy to communicate and they promptly soap/shampoo/toilet paper when I asked.

Birthday Weekend in the Bronx

This was a special girls' trip to celebrate a birthday and bonding. We had lots of space in a lovely brownstone on lively block. Incredibly comfortable beds, every surface was very clean. The apartment is walking distance to everything you'd need, restaurants, including Syliva's Restaurant, bodegas, a very convenient TJ Maxx and CVS, the Metro (I forget which stop). A short trip to Manhattan by car. It's such a perfect space. Central to anything you'd like to see or experience. Our host was accommodating and immediately responsive. I'd like to return again for an extended stay soon.

There was only one tv in the bedroom and we had 8 people so only the kids could watch tv We had no toilet paper or hand towels And the air conditioner units were only in the rooms the rest of the house was warm
