The space
Villa Rüya is located on a wide flat land built on 800 M2. First, the tree-lined vehicle path will be waiting for you. There are hiking paths surrounded by flowers. You can also reach the sea only 130 meters after pleasant and equipped roads with flowers.
Villa Rüya has a living area of 200 M2. It is quite suitable for the entrance of Angellis, the elderly and children. It is quite spacious as a villa and lawn garden.
Villa Rüya's garden is surrounded by long lemon service trees. The entire Front Yard is made up of trees and well-kept lawns. There is a pool in the middle of the grass and a hot tub (children's pool) in the pool. The sun terrace is wood lining. There is a rattan seating group for your evening conversations by the pool. There are 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas. The side garden has Lemon trees and flowers.
Sliding door opens from the lounge to the pool terrace. There is an entrance/exit at the kitchen door to the garden.
