Located in Rapid City, this lovely house boasts 4 bedrooms - 3 queen beds and 2 double beds. With amenities like WiFi, a garage, washer/dryer, and AC, guests will feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space, and the additional living room with a sofa bed provides extra comfort. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 living areas. 12 minutes from downtown Rapid City and 35 minutes from Mount Rushmore. There is a Walmart 7 minutes away.

We typically rent to professional students and traveling nurses but have a brief period this summer without students, so we decided to offer it to families like ours who may like to visit the beautiful Black Hills! Quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood.

Sturgis Rally Guests (Aug 7–16):
During rally week, we have special rules: minimum stay 6 nights, Firm cancellation policy applies. Our double-stall garage is available for motorcycles, trucks, or extra vehicles.

This is a split-level home with 2 bedrooms on each of the levels. There are 2 bathroom upstairs, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway, and 1 bathroom downstairs. Guests that have difficulty with stairs may not be comfortable here given the split-level layout.

The upstairs bedrooms include the master with attached bath. The master bedroom has 2 double beds and a desk. The other upstairs bedroom has a nearby hall bath and a queen bed and desk. The downstairs bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Both have queen beds, and one has a desk and TV. All rooms have plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers.

2-car garage available for guest use. Plenty of additional parking in the driveway and to the side of the house on a private road.

Full kitchen stocked with a variety of dishes, cookware, and small appliances.

Convenient and keyless self-check in provided via a unique door code. Your unique entry code for the keyless lock will be provided to you via message on the day of your check-in.

Outdoor space includes a deck off the dining room, a backyard overlooking the meadow with trees and bushes offering privacy, and a firepit. Gas grill available for guest use on the deck.

Washer/dryer for guest use as needed.

TV located in the upstairs living room with a small TV in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Guests may login to their favorite streaming services. In the downstairs living area, there is also a treadmill, air hockey table, and a couch that pulls out into a bed. We can provide a pack-n-play if needed.

This is a great home, but please keep in mind that it primarily serves as a rental for traveling healthcare professionals year-round, rather than a dedicated vacation rental. While we strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay, this is not a luxury home with five-star service. That said, we hope you enjoy the convenience, space, and amenities this home has to offer during your visit!
