Welcome to Jackson Duroc Cottages, located on Dry Lake in Ashley, ND! Our Cottage offers everything you need for a memorable getaway: private beach and lake access, pontoon rentals, fully stocked kitchen, new luxurious beds, a heated game-cleaning facility, and convenient dog kennel runs. Relax in our sauna, fire up the 48" gas grills, or stay connected with Starlink. Whether you're here to fish, boat, or simply unwind, our all-sport lake and relaxing atmosphere offer something for everyone.

The Space:
Built in 2025 on the scenic shores of Dry Lake, Jackson Duroc Cottages is your peaceful lakeside retreat, designed for a truly relaxing getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with each bedroom featuring brand-new, luxurious mattresses, quality sheets, and pillows. Each bedroom sleeps three guests, offering a twin XL bunk bed and a single twin XL bed per room. For added convenience, you’ll find extra linens, towels, and pillows stored in the closets.

For larger groups, we offer the option of connecting an adjoining room, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, while still providing privacy and shared spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Inside, enjoy the comfort of a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a full kitchen and a dining area that seats six.

As frequent travelers ourselves, we understand how important it is to feel relaxed and comfortable while on vacation. That’s why each cottage is designed to provide everything you need for a seamless and stress-free stay. The fully equipped kitchen goes above and beyond basic essentials, stocked with a full spice cabinet, crockpot, blender, and more, making meal time a breeze. We've also included all the toiletries you could need, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and plenty of bath towels, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your time away. For rainy days, we’ve provided classic board games, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and pre-connected YouTube TV and Hulu for endless entertainment options.

Step outside to your covered porch, featuring a 48" gas grill, comfortable outdoor dining furniture, and a delightful fireplace surrounded by firepit chairs and cooking grates—perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings.

Jackson Duroc Cottages provides direct lake access, complete with a private beach, a boat dock, and pontoon rentals for your lake adventures. For leisurely water activities, we offer kayaks and a canoe, available at your convenience for you to enjoy anytime. After a day of exploring, unwind in our soothing 4-person sauna.

Fishing and hunting enthusiasts will appreciate our heated game-cleaning facility, offering a convenient and sanitary space for cleaning your catch or game after a successful day. Additionally, we welcome your furry friends with convenient dog kennel runs available on-site.

Guest Access:
Each cottage features a private entrance, leading to a covered back porch. The entryway door is equipped with a lock pad and key.

This specific cottage, Napoleon Cottage, is connected to Dawson Cottage, offering the option of an adjoining door to connect both cottages—perfect for larger parties. If you'd like to open the adjoining door between Dawson and Napoleon Cottage, please message us after booking, and we will provide the code to unlock the adjoining door for your check-in.

Guests also have access to all shared areas on the property, including the private beach, dock, sauna, dog kennel runs, and indoor game-cleaning facility. We kindly ask that you be courteous to other guests when using these shared spaces to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay.

Guest Interaction:
Each cottage features a secure lock pad for a seamless and convenient check-in and check-out experience. You'll receive your key code before arrival, allowing you to settle in at your own pace. While there is no in-person interaction with the host, a nearby property manager is available if needed for emergency. For any questions or assistance, we kindly ask that you reach out via app or text message, with messaging during business hours being the preferred method of communication over phone calls. We're here to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Pet Friendly Stays:
We are a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two dogs per cottage.

For guests traveling with hunting dogs, please be mindful of your dog’s condition after a day in the field. If your dog is muddy or dirty, we kindly ask that they stay in our complimentary on-site kennel runs rather than entering the cottage.

Our kennels are thoughtfully designed with hunting dogs in mind. Each measures 4x8x6 feet, is set on a concrete slab for easy cleaning, and includes comfortable bedding, a protective roof, and 55-gallon drums on each side for added shelter and comfort.
