Three bedroom, two bath second floor unit, complete kitchen remodel with white shaker style cabinets, quartzite counters and stainless appliances. Tile flooring throughout. Two enclosed lanais. 3 flat screen tvs (note huge flatscreen in living, where the tape is in living room photo)

Barrington Club has onsite community pool/spa and club house. The Pelican Bay community is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Naples. Known for its miles of immaculate beaches, coastal mangrove forests and stunning nature paths. Amenities include private beachfront restaurants, beach services, tennis courts and pro shops, full service fitness center, community center, canoes and kayaks, sailing, wellness studio, and nutrition and health services unlike any others found in Florida.
