Guest access
Guests have full access to the resort-style pool on the 4th floor and the 8th floor, both overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. Note that the 8th floor pool is managed by the Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel and there is food/bar service available. 8th floor pool hours vary and are subject to private events being held at the hotel. There is also a 24-hour fitness center along with men's and women's saunas on the 3rd floor.

Other things to note
* Guest registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Guests must provide a photo government ID.
* 4 Guest maximum: Condo Rules limit guests to two adults and two children (under 18).
* This condo is not pet-friendly.
* Must be 25 or older to book.
* Per Fort Lauderdale law, we have a noise sensor in the unit.

* Valet parking at $25 per night per vehicle. Credit card payment only.
Guests staying over 27 days valet parking fee is waived.
Electric car charging stations available for a fee in garage.
