We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The place was immaculate, spotless, everything looked brand new. Honesty one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Hosts were great, very helpful with any questions we had. We already can't wait to go back there again

We had the best of all worlds here, right on the beach with wonderful views and located in an area convenient to many restaurants, several grocery stores and shopping. The condo had extraordinary amenities and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a beach vacation, would definitely recommend it five stars. Restaurants in the erea seasons by 10 fold for best brunch, best seafood hook and barrel, the best Italian restaurants were craves and villa romana, best steakhouse was Chucks steakhouse.

Perfect Stay with Perfect Location!

Newly remodeled on the inside, modern and well thought out amenities! Imagine drinking coffee in the morning while overlooking the ocean, then repeat with wine in the evening, it was a great way to relax and recharge :) Literally steps away from the beach, so you can relax, if you forget something back at your place, it’s right there. Nearby restaurants and grocery store makes this a great place to stay.  I would definitely book this again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Modern Escape in Myrtle Beach! The oceanfront location was unbeatable — just steps from the sand — and the condo itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. As a light packer, I really appreciated the fully stocked coffee/tea bar, quality toiletries, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys). Our 4-year-old was obsessed with the automatic lights in the bathroom — pure magic for her! It felt like a true home away from home with extras like board games, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in several Myrtle Beach vacation rentals, and this one tops the list for comfort, convenience, and style. Modern Escape-Book it! You won’t regret it!

Our stay at Modern Escape was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed into a space that felt so inviting. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate—every surface shined, and the air was filled with a fresh, delightful scent. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the most thoughtful touches was the charming welcome basket waiting for us on the counter, containing an assortment of beverages and snacks—such a warm and unexpected surprise!Unlike other rentals where we've had to purchase essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and even basic spices, this condo had it all, down to the smallest details.Some of our favorite moments included sipping coffee on the deck as we watched the sun sunrise, strolling to the nearby beach store to pick up fun souvenirs, and taking a short five-minute drive to a fantastic Mexican restaurant that quickly became a trip highlight.We were also thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys that were available for us to use.This property is truly one of a kind. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and modern touch were evident in every aspect of our stay, making it an experience we won’t soon forget. I’m so grateful for the effort and care that went into creating such a welcoming and memorable retreat! Can’t wait to visit again.
