This ground floor 818sf villa looks out to the fountain pond and channels between neighbor islands. Start the day with Maui coffee on the lanai and end it with dinner prepped at home. Enjoy air conditioning, WiFi, flat screens, DVD, ceiling fans and washer/dryer. Sleeps 4 in 1 Queen and 1 Sofa bed.
On 15 tropical acres across from Kamaole Beach Park III, our suites feature full kitchens and washers/dryers. Stay active with tennis courts, swimming pool, jet spas, barbecue grills and weekly Mai Tai party.
Second time we've stayed on the ground floor in building 10 because we love sitting on the lanai with our feet up and staring at the ocean. Great location for multiple swims across the street at Kam 3. Will look to book again.
Maui is always great place to go to. There was limited TV in the front room and could use another pair of flippers. But besides those two small things, this unit had everything you needed. Two umbrellas four beach chairs, big cooler beach toys. Nice view, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, and air fryer. Would stay again.
Location great, suite needs update, better communication re billing needed
The resort is in a beautiful location near the beach. The pool is great and staff are friendly and helpful. The suite was in a nice ground floor location with beautiful view. We were overall disappointed in the suite however. It was shabby and in disrepair with damaged kitchen cabinets, bedroom closet doors that didn't work and a hide-a-bed that was so uncomfortable we had to remove the mattress and put it on the floor to get a half decent sleep. Most importantly, we were very disappointed that the owner did not contact us when we left her several phone and email messages about billing questions. We called VRBO / HomeAway, the resort registration desk, a 3rd party billing company in Texas (still not sure why they were charging me money) and the owner herself and no one could answer my questions about the billing process. We would not stay in this unit again. The billing through VRBO should be more transparent and one central number should be available to clarify billing issues when the owner is not responding.
