✨Sleeping Arrangements: (Potential to sleep 19)
• First Floor Primary bedroom: King-sized bedroom. This room has it all: Smart TV, ceiling fan, desk, full length mirror and Nashville-themed artwork. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, Soaking tub, and incredible walk-in shower as well.
• Second Floor: Y'all got options!
Guest room 1: King bedroom with blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo
Guest room 2: Queen bedroom with floor to ceiling curtains, a ceiling fan, and smart TV.
Guest room 3: The bunk room! Sleep arrangements for 8 guests. You'll find Two Queen over Queen bunk beds.
Additional: Sleeper Sofa that folds out into Full-Size Bed, Two Twin-Size roll-out Beds, and one leather couch

- Fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your crew!
- Wet bar features a wine fridge, cocktail mixing supplies, and wine and cocktail glasses
- Adorning the kitchen island are 4 additional cozy leather bar stools

- Cozy couch flanked by a plush and comfy swivel chair
- Fireplace! Easy switch on, electric fireplace
- Shuffleboard – unleash your inner child and challenge family and friends
- Beautiful chandeliers and large windows make this such a bright and airy space to hang!

• Entertain like a pro with a pool table, arcade games, and a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Arcade games include: Pac Man, Blitz, Pop a Shot basketball and more!
• Smart TV for catching the big game and bar stools for sipping cocktails.
• There's also an additional pull-out couch here as another sleeping arrangement option.
• Just off the game room is a totally unique feature! You'll see a lil glam squad room that even the Rhinestone Queen herself would be impressed with. Need to freshen up before hittin' the town? Sit down at one of the stools and check out the LED backlit mirrors, perfect for putting on those finishing touches. You'll be surrounded by fun pinks and neons as well!

•Outdoor space:
• Head out to the deck off the game room, this covered patio will have you soaking up that Nashville sunshine and taking in the sunset in style.
• Outdoor ceiling fan will keep you cool on those warm summer nights.
• You'll find another dining table for 6, a large L-shaped couch, and chairs for kickin' back after a long day out and about.
• And don't forget about that gas grill on the patio for cookin' up some mean BBQ!

✨Location: We're just a short Uber ride (10-15 minute - 3.5 miles) from the heart of downtown (Broadway), where the lights are bright, the music is loud, and the fun never stops. But don't overlook the charms of Germantown and the Gulch, because they're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from your front door.

Other things to note:
- Parking: There are two garage spaces for you available, plus two additional spaces on the side of the garage.
- The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
