Introducing ‘The Catamaran’, named after a boat with two hulls that sails as one: the home can be rented as two separate units, or as a whole house with both sides together. This rental listing is for the whole house. Comprised of two townhouses that are side by side that are connected by a door in the middle upstairs. Four bedrooms and four full baths, sleeping 10 Guests total. Each side has its own kitchen/living room/washer & dryers. Steps to beach access !
The space
Beautiful kitchens with granite counter tops and updated stainless steel appliances. Calming coastal decor and colors and natural textiles.

Wireless internet and TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms. A beach buggy with chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are provided for Guest convenience. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let me know!

Also as an added convenience to our Guests, family friendly kid gear and toys and books are provided, including a Bjorn travel crib and fisher price booster/high chair. Also there are some kid toys and books in the 2nd bedroom closet of the Blue side, and also in the Blue side cabinet in the living room. Just a little something for our younger travelers to feel more at home and play with during their stay !

There is a propane BBQ grill at the property for guest use . Also an outdoor shower for rinsing those sandy toes off after a fun day of sun and sea ! Parking for four cars in the driveway. Nice grassy backyard . In a nice foot friendly neighborhood of Vilano Beach, walk to Publix, Vilano Main Street, numerous beach access points, restaurants !

This is a large home that has two townhouse units side by side (each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen, living room and dining room of it's own) that is connected by a door in between them. Perfect for extended families that want to travel together but also need a little privacy and space of their own! Numerous beach access points all within walking distance of the home. Two balconies off the home with seating to enjoy the salt air and Florida sunshine with ocean peaks . Two sets of washers and dryers (one in each unit) for Guest use during your stay!

There are four bedrooms in this home, two with King size beds with linen duvets, and two bedrooms each with two double beds with linen duvets , sleeping a total of 10 people maximum please. There are four full bathrooms as well.
Other things to note
A beach buggy is provided for Guest use, beach chairs, umbrella etc

One well behaved and friendly dog under 30 lbs may be possible with prior permission and additional pet fee. Dog must be on flea medicine , and we ask kindly that proof is submitted prior to checkin. Please contact us with the specifics if you will be traveling with a furry family member prior to booking so we can quote pet fee to be added in . Please….No dogs permitted on furniture or beds, and only well traveled, house broken , and friendly dogs will be permitted. We apologize but due to insurance regulations we can’t have any breeds from the restricted breed list at on the property, or any puppies , or multiple dogs.

A starter pack/travel size shampoo and conditioner and small bar soaps are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. Also two toilet paper rolls
Per bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in each kitchen .

Rent some bikes from one of the local rental companies for added fun in the sun, exploring the little beach neighborhood ! Quiet residential street , no need to cross any major roads to get to the beach !

Security cameras installed on front porch of each unit, they do not face the living space.
