Husband was having surgery nearby at Emory and needed a place nearby. This was a perfect spot with shopping and restaurants nearby. Owner was very nice, cooperative and made our stay wonderful.
Nice getaway place. The place is very clean and cozy. Owners are awesome. Nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Overall great.
My friends and I were in town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT space! Two beds, two bathrooms, plenty of space for parking and an incredibly communicative host. So close to everything in midtown and walking distance to some great food options. I highly, highly recommend booking this space. It had everything we needed and the price was unbeatable.
This house was the perfect location for our trip to Atlanta. It is very convenient to groceries and resturants and to friends we were
visiting. Everything was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and starter supplies. Would deffinately stay here again. Our host,Elizabeth was very nice and accomodating.
visiting.Everything was clean and
We had a great time staying at this location. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. The property owner was very helpful and responsive. We definitely appreciated the white noise machine for the front bedroom as well! :)
This property was perfect for my family! The location is within walking distance of several good restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and bars. The property was clean and most importantly, the beds were comfortable. Loved the sunroom! Elizabeth was super easy to work with and very kind. We are already planning to stay again.
Great find!
Overall the place was cozy for the unexpectedly frigid stay. I was grateful for the sound machine left in the bedroom as the road noise was blocked by it so we were able to get good sleep. The heat worked well, which was essential for this stay.
Overall it was clean and nicely set up but there was some stuff other guests may have gotten on the walls but it wiped off easily. Little cosmetic touch ups with paint will be helpful.
The location was great, 20 min max for our travel time to doing our activities.
The location in regard to Atlanta's attractions, great restaurants, etc. Is excellent and a huge plus. The house itself is on a very busy intersection with lots of street noise pretry much 24-7. Bring your ear plugs. The house needs refreshing and is low on ammenities. We had no bath soap in Master bath and no hand soap in guest bath. Also, nowhere to comfortably eat a meal except on sofa. Overall, we didn't think it was a good value for the money.
Elizabeth's place was great! The location was extremely convenient, with tons of shops, restaurants, and shopping just a short walking distance away. The neighborhood is adorable, and it was easy to access all major highways. The host was quick to accommodate any needs we had. We'd definitely stay here again.
We booked this property for its proximity to family so we could be close while dealing with a family loss. We have stayed before and everything was clean and as we expected when we arrived. Unfortunately on this trip there was an issue with the water heater but Elizabeth was amazing and offered to move us to another property that she owned or simply let us use that to shower with a hopeful quick fix. We did end up moving to her property at 750 Frederica Street which had great proximity to restaurants and shops and was still only a short drive from family. This property was perfect and gave us more space. It was clean and inviting with the added bonus of a garage.
I cannot say enough good things about the property owner Elizabeth. No one can predict a water heater issue but we were offered options and solutions immediately and kept informed through text and phone calls. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend staying at any property belonging to this owner and highly recommend both this property and the Frederica Street location. Elizabeth made sure that somewhere to stay was not an added stress at an already stressful time and I canât thank her enough for that.
This was perfect for us with family in the area it was a great location. Having off street parking was a great plus. Communication was great, house was clean. Much better option than a hotel. Definitely on our list to return.
My husband and I were able to stay within walking distance of our friends', thanks to this quaint apartment! We enjoyed the parks, ease of getting to the store and restaurants as well. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!
The biggest surprise was the location was not in "perfect location in" Ansely Park or in the initial map circle (closer to Piedmont Park) as advertised, but was in Piedmont Heights - right on the corner of two busy and noisy roads (Monroe Drive) which made sleeping in the master bedroom very challenging or almost impossible if you are not used to traffic sounds. (I wish I'd brought my sound dock to play music to mask the noise) . Otherwise, this place worked for what we needed - a clean, place with beds for people to rest while we were not at our nearby family's home or out during the day. The back bedroom was quieter. The kitchen is very small and sparsely appointed relative to other VRBOs we've rented for similar cost. The home could use a few minor fixes where the paint has chipped or dents in walls that need repair. The drafting table on the patio has been replaced with a antique small dining table which made the space more useable. A small charming home overall.
Nice area of Atlanta to avoid traffic and walk to botanical gardens restaurants and grocery stores. Cottage has updates and is relaxing after a day of events. Owners had good communication. Coffee pot and kitchen items were great. Would recommend
