Home Description

The pool level includes the pool, hot tub, pool bar, large grass yard, bocce court, and covered parking.

The bedroom level includes bedrooms #1 - #4, laundry, and foyer. Bedroom #1 - king bed, flat screen TV, large private bath with dual vanities and make-up desk, enclosed commode, and Grecian shower with dual shower heads, bench and stone floor. Bedroom #2 - king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom #3 - twin beds (2), private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom #4 - twin beds (2) private bath with tub/shower.

Main level includes the living room which is surrounded by 4 triple-pocket doors providing 270 degrees of breathtaking Gulf views and soothing breezes, ceiling fans, 52" flat screen TV, DVD player, and component stereo. The lanai includes even more Gulf views and breezes, ceiling fans, dining table and lounges. The dining room continues the Gulf views and the kitchen also includes Gulf views, 2 seating bars, 2 full-size ovens, stove, 2 full-size dishwashers, microwave, 26 cubic foot refrigerator, separate wine refrigerator, and almost every kind of pot, pan, dish, glass and small appliance ever made. Rounding out the Main level is bedroom #5 with bunk beds (sleeping 6 guests) and bathroom #5 with stand-up tile enclosed shower.

Sundeck level is one of the highest points on Boca Grande providing beautiful sunrises over the island and Gasperilla Sound and world class Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
