Composed of sunlight and an open layout, the well-updated interior boasts continued views and a stunningly unique wood-burning fireplace. As you cozy up and enjoy each other's company, gaze out at passing boaters. When hunger hits, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-kitchen dining table.
Nautical charm oozes from each of the four bedrooms, all cooled by ceiling fans and central air. A private laundry room rounds out the home's marvelous conveniences.
Outside, the sea breeze will kiss your skin on the wrap-around balcony and the patio's rocking chairs. Swimming is available right off the dock and the furry members of your family will love the home's grassy yard.
Within 17 miles of your Bay Harbor Cornerstone, visit Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park, Galveston Island State Park, Moody Gardens Golf Course, and multiple restaurants and shops.

All guests shall abide good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
There are kayaks and crab traps available for guest's use.
