The Space:

Inside, Sunset Escape is designed for both relaxation and connection. The open-concept layout allows you to take in breathtaking lake views from the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee pot. The counter seating for four offers a casual spot for morning coffee, while the dining table for six provides the perfect setting for meals with a view. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a plush couch, loveseat, and armchairs gathered around an electric fireplace. Sliding doors lead directly to the deck, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.



For those who love outdoor living, Sunset Escape delivers. The lower-level deck offers a partially screened-in space where you can relax in the shade, enjoy an evening meal cooked on the grill, or simply take in the fresh air while watching the boats glide across the lake. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.



Bedroom #3 includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.



The home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The driveway is gravel and very steep— vehicles with 4-wheel drive are highly recommended for safe and easy access

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Portable crib provided.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of the family and welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

o Number and Type of Pets: A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed. We accept dogs and small caged animals. If you plan to bring exotic or unusual pets, please contact us in advance for approval.

o Pet Fee: A daily fee of $25 per pet applies.

o Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs over 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet’s size or weight poses a risk.

o Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the owner’s control at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.

o Cleaning Responsibility: Owners must clean up after their pets inside and outside the rental. Any pet-related damage will be charged accordingly.

o Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate.

o Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental.

o Violation of Policy: Non-compliance may result in additional cleaning or damage fees or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
