In addition to all the surrounding area has to offer, onsite amenities are aplenty between the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, a basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, and clubhouse. When you’re ready to venture even further beyond this community, the cities of Washington and St. George, less than 15 minutes away, offer up even more destinations for exploration with the combined urban features of shopping, dining, and nightlife.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
