Zions Gateway Escape

Come enjoy the amazing weather free from inversion! Take a break and make memories at Zions Gateway Escape! This centrally located Luxury Condo is centrally located between Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Recreational Lake/Sand Dunes, Golf Courses, Washington, and St George. Freshly painted main living for modern bright and airy feel!

The Master Bedroom Suite is amazing with large jetted tub and walk-in closet and plenty of room for a tv and King bed.

There are also two additional spacious bedrooms (Queen bedroom) and 2 full size bunk beds with TVs, bathroom, and full-size laundry room. The kitchen, dining, great room, and outdoor living boast panoramic Red Rock Mountain View’s, the perfect place for family and friends to gather. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and coffee-maker. The two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), create a cozy and inviting ambiance to vacation living at Coral Springs Resort, with evening shade and quiet sunsets from the top floor large patio. The ONLY unit with Twinkly patio lights for enjoying the quiet patio at night.

The amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs,, basketball, and tennis court are top notch for the development. And this unit also includes two private, covered parking spots.

We are taking extra measures to disinfect between stays. Door code will be given to you, Allowing self check-in.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here in early March and it was the perfect location to visit Zion, Bryce, Snow Canyon, and much more. A beautiful apartment/home that was fully stocked. We had a great time hanging out in the place after long days out and about.

Very nice property!

We were very impressed with this condo. Nicley furnished, very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. Pool area was also great!

Stunning panoramic views

Fabulous place to stay for 2 couples or families. From the 3rd floor balcony view to the spacious furnished interior w 2 baths. The clubhouse is great w pools,hot tubs, and courts. would highly recommend

Beautiful Condo, perfect location

The condo was perfect, spacious and immaculate ! It had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Loved the outdoor patio with fireplace. Location was close to the highway, convenient to visit Zion and other destinations.

We had a lovely stay at this property! The beds were so comfortable, and the condo was nicely decorated with a great layout! It was close to the interstate and easy to get to Zion & Bryce. Thanks for the wonderful spot!

Nice setting, comfortable condo

Spacious and comfortable condo! we loved the covered back deck looking out to the mountain, garage parking, pool and fitness center and amenities. Very quiet complex, safe, secure and clean.

Works well for a homebase for a Zion trip

The condo was spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom had a great bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The covered parking helps keep the car a little cooler in the hot summer. We did go enjoy the pool and it was clean and comfortable and a quick walk from the building.

Great Amenities

I was surprised that in December the outdoor pool, waterslide and lazy river were open. I appreciate all the extras in the condo, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, real shampoo and conditioner. Really loved all the labels to know what switched worked what and the instructions for everything. Only negative is more toilet paper would have been appreciated.

Race-worthy Comfort!

We were thrilled to reside in this condo during the IronMan World Championship week. It was the perfect location between where the swim was taking place and the IronMan village. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the views were gorgeous off of the balcony. Thank you! We'll be back!

They somehow didn't notify the host of our reservation, so we showed up to a condo that hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests. Unmade beds, and wet laundry. When we were finally able to contact the Hosts they were very accommodating and apologetic. Over all a very nice place, just miscommunication.

Clean Property

We enjoyed our stay overall. We have stayed at other properties in the area and they had coffee and creamer there already and we simply replenished. We got in a bit late so that would have been nice for the following morning. The outdoor fireplace has a short in it and we had a hard time making it work. The temperature in the condo is warmer than we prefer but we adhered to the instructions nonetheless. The second bath light switch doesn’t work well at all, very hard to turn light off. The size of the master bath and bedroom is very nice and comfortable. The living room is a very nice comfortable size. There are two items that we found not attached to the wall and just placed them on the counter. Front door is hard to shut/lock. Love the security gate. The unit is on the third floor so I think I must have missed that in the listing or maybe it’s not on there. The pictures listed are overall accurate of the condo.

The only issue we had was with the outside hot tub. Would only stay on for about 5 minutes then shut off. Would have to get out and go all the way around the pool to turn it on again for 5 more minutes.
