This home features 2 floors and an upstairs patio overlooking the backyard and swimming pool. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

The primary king bedroom is located on the first floor adjacent to the living room. The two queen bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. It is also equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV.

Second and Third Bedroom: The two queen bedrooms are located upstairs, each one with a connected/adjacent bathroom and a wall mounted smart TV.

A queen air mattress is available to sleep an additional two people.

Living Room: The open-plan living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining.

Theater/Game rooms: Lounge in the recliners while you enjoy movie time with family and friends or play a game of pool in the adjacent game room overlooking the swimming pool.
