Spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing views! Great location with very easy access to the bypass to enter SMNP. Our family loved the rooftop pool/spa and fire table.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub/spa was very enjoyable. The mountain view was gorgeous.

We loved the house. It is beautiful and well maintained. The views were amazing and my children loved the pool/ hot tub combo. The owner had excellent communication with very reasonable before you go instructions. I would be thrilled to stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommend booking this house.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views of the mountains. Often saw a mama bear and her cubs as well as a large bear just strolling down the street. Wonderful trip had by adults and kids!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Gatlinburg rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The home was even better than we expected and provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in the Smoky Mountains.The host was wonderful. Responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!

This property has very scenic mountain views and sunrises. Every day we saw a mama bear and her 4 cubs traveling around the neighborhood. My family loved the location, the amenities, game room, the hot tub and swim spa. This is definitely a family friendly house close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities and restaurants. We didn't want to leave!Our host was very quick to respond to my questions and we enjoyed staying here. We would reserve here again. It had everything we wanted and needed.

The views from the rooftop and balconies can’t be beat. The third floor rooftop, hot tub, fire pit and gameroom allowed us to all be together in the evenings. We had a few minor issues but Stephen was responsive and addressed them quickly. Location was perfect, right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. The size of bedrooms and en-suites were perfect. The amenities were great and the proximity to Ober Mountain and downtain. We would definitely stay again, and have told many friends and family about the home.

Absolutely stunning views right from inside the house. Rooftop deck was used every night and the views amazing! Really a perfect spot for a family getaway! Host was very responsive with all requests. We had some minor WiFi concerns with a PlayStation and he was quick with an answer to fix. Really appreciate this hosts response time and help. I will say he was right about locking car doors and windows. We saw several bears walking the streets. Made for some great pictures and videos! Even saw a bear jumping into another persons car up the street! Can’t say enough about this place…. Absolutely amazing vacation!!

We loved this house! It was super clean and had plenty of space for our group of four couples. The rooftop deck with the huge swim spa was a hit and the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Location was great and close to everything with a beautiful view. The host had great communication as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Mountian Retreat

This was our first time in Gatlinburg...and what an amazing time it was! Stephen was incredibly helpful along the way. The kitchen was completely stocked and new. All bedrooms had their own bath. Great views. Great spa/pool. Had everything we needed..the kids definitely did not want to leave. The firepit was my favorite part....so very easy to use. Thanks for a great time, we will be back!!

If you’re on the fence about booking this property, let this be the review that helps you make your choice. I was looking for months… yes, months, for the perfect property for a double family vacation. We wanted something with breathtaking views, yet close to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We wanted something that accommodated our several young children, teen, and us adults. No matter how many properties I browsed, I kept finding my way back at this one… and I’m so glad I did. From the location, to the game room, to the pool spa/hot tub - it was all more than I could’ve hoped for. There is something for all to enjoy! I actually said, at the beginning of our 6 night stay, that I’d be fine just staying at the property for our entire trip. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay the day before we were scheduled to leave. The host, Stephen, was very communicative and hospitable. I will be booking this property again, and I hope you do, too.

AMAZING!

We have visited Gatlinburg on many occasions and this was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. The cabin was immaculate and so very clean. The furnishings were perfect and had everything we needed. The game room was a huge family hit for my teenage daughters with a great variety of things to do. Our favorite part of the unit was the view- a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains which was simply breathtaking! The owner was so great to work with and answered questions promptly. We are already looking ahead to our next visit to this place!

This is the one you want! Trust me!!!

From the moment we opened up the front door we were amazed. This is a beautiful cabin windows galore, you can see everything everywhere! Each bedroom has its own private space. This cabin is decorated beautifully. It has every amenity that you would possibly need. There's multiple places to sit and enjoy the beautiful views inside or out. The rooftop.Has plenty of spots to sit to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening beverage. The pool spa was amazingly huge . The jacuzzi was very relaxing.. I honestly don't think there's a bad seat in the house inside or out. Communication with the owner was immaculate.He was so helpful and caring. I'm looking into.I'm booking this again soon. I can promise you one thing. This place will book out as soon as the word gets out.And people see how amazing it is. We got to see bears from the balcony. Which was pretty awesome for us.Especially since we were on the balcony.! I don't ever think I had a host be so helpful in any place. We've ever stayed. He wanted to make sure you had a good time and you had everything you needed. It was very easy to contact. We had no problems whatsoever in this beautiful little piece of heaven. I highly recommend that you you pack your bag, book the trip. Make the memories that we did. You will not be disappointed!!
