Ceci est un appartement 1 chambre 1 salle de bain, à environ 20 minutes de Newport Beach! Nous sommes situés au milieu de la ville. Il y a des vignobles locaux, des lieux de mariage, des restaurants tous à proximité. Nous sommes à 15 minutes de Bristol, où il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants et vous pouvez échapper à la foule estivale. L'appartement a été récemment rénové avec une entrée privée et sa propre place de parking. Nous autorisons les animaux, alors amenez votre ami à fourrure! Il a un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit qui se transforme en lit. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas et une épicerie n'est qu'à quelques minutes! Apportez votre planche de surf et tentez votre chance sur les célèbres vagues du Rhode Island. Nous avons des chaises de plage pour votre commodité. L'appartement est équipé du wifi, DirectTv et d'une TV écran plat 46 pouces.

Very clean and cozy

Apartment was pristine and very comfortable. Nice neighborhood. We were at a baseball tournament at Roger Williams University and it was very close.

Perfect stay

This was my second stay with Jenn and I would not hesitate to return for a third stay. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and felt like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay with that at home ambiance.

Cute Place, Good Location, Wonderful Host

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Had all the conveniences, a nice spot to sit outside to watch birds and bunnies. Jenn is absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Gave lots of good info on what to do and where to go to avoid crowds. The bed took some getting used to and the pots/pans weren’t the greatest but we would definitely stay here again.

Cute and convenient stay

My partner and I enjoyed this rental for a long weekend. Close to many beaches and Newport, it’s very a very convenient location. And extremely clean! We would absolutely come back!

Excellent property! Exactly what is described. For a place that hosts dogs, this was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever done! The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood but conveniently located to all major routes! Great for morning walks! Highly recommend!

Exactly what we wanted!

The apartment was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Located in a quiet residential area, yet close to all the touristy-stuff. Owners were on site, and available, but not obtrusive. Highly recommend, and would come again!

The apartment was just what i needed as a home base while visiting the area! Jenn was very responsive and answered all questions and communications promptly. suggestions for local businesses were a big help for someone from out of town. 12/10 would rent again.

Perfect weekend apartment

This was a perfect apartment for a weekend getaway-close to Newport but out of the busyness with its own waterfront and beach and plenty of great restaurants! Our favorite new Brewery too! Our hostess Jennifer was wonderful!!!! Left a nice welcome treat and was so easy to communicate with her. There were zero issues and we will definitely be staying again! Love Portsmouth-and thank you Jennifer!

My husband and I raised our two kids here, they are off and running with there lives! The apartment was used by Anthony's grandmother until she moved on from here. We love meeting new people and allowing a quiet getaway for people and share our love for the beautiful town we live in. It is quiet, and close proximity to many wedding venues, beaches, restaurants, etc.
