The condo is located in the Beltline district, which is one of the most accessible districts in Calgary. Located across the street you will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Even closer, located just downstairs on the main floor of the building is one of the best cocktail bars in Calgary.
Close to the saddledome, minutes by foot to downtown and the Retail and Entertainment District (17th Ave).
Enjoy being a stone's throw from the river and the river walks, parks, the Central Library, museums, and shopping.
24 hour fitness and a hot yoga studio are located across the street. The Repsol centre (offering classes, Olympic pool, fitness studios and more) is just 1KM away. Numerous other activities such as boxing, spin classes and more are also within walking distance. Tennis courts and small children’s park are just a block over.

Seasonal A/C Notice: Please note that the building’s central air conditioning system is seasonally shut down during the winter months as part of standard building maintenance. This building requires an in person check-in. Please coordinate with your host and the designated check-in agent on your day of arrival. Note that all arrivals after 10 PM are subject to a fee.
