Great property, a true NOLA Shotgun home. I was very quiet and comfortable with all the standard comforts. Had a pocket door to close while doing laundry. Great to walk along the Mississippi, very close. Had a chance to watch the local puppet show on the green by the river.
Patricia was a very good host. She was available whenever we needed her and was quick to answer when we try to get a hold of her. The home was cozy and comfy and will be definitely when we return to when we come back to New Orleans.
This was everything I dreamed of when I envisioned New Orleans. Classic shotgun home with beautiful details, pocket doors, high ceilings, fireplace in rooms. Every amenity was provided, I could have just brought my clothing. We would love to come and stay again.
Nice place to stay and we hope to go again. The host was accommodating and quick to answer emails. I loved the charm and character of the old house. It had all the necessities and some extras too. Very comfortable bed and futon. Free parking on the street in front of the house was so convenient. We could have done without the mosquitoes (lol-itâs Louisiana!). We walked up the levee to see the Mississippi River.
We really enjoyed the week! Patricia was accommodating and the location was excellent for easy trips into the French quarter and beyond. Would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Itâs a very quaint and unique home/apartment in NOLA. Everything was as described and the home had everything we needed. Quick drive to the French Quarter. Tricia was a fabulous hostess.
We stayed for 6 nights in Historic Shotgun home. The owner on one side and us on other. Nice area. Patricia was very accessible and willing to help with everything. Easy to get in and was well stocked. Thanks Patricia!
Loved staying here! Perfect location! Quiet and safe neighborhood! Everything was clean and everything we could possibly need was provided for us! Definitely plan to come back!
This is our 2nd time staying at this location thatâs perfectly settled next to the Mississippi River. Conveniently located close to everything exciting, we look forward to our next visit.
Property was clean, really well stocked, quiet, and safe. Tricia was clear and quick with information and responses in the app. Easy check in and really easy check out with minimal check out to do list. Had a
We have stayed here before, it is always quiet, relaxing and a great place. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants one of our favorites being Frady's fantastic food. We found a bakery called Bywater Bakery, it has the best Chantilly cake. Great placesvto visit and see the culture, here in bywater.
The neighborhood was quiet. We felt safe. The place had all the amenities you could need. Because parking is such a hassle in New Orleans; We were in area where we could order takeout and Uber to Bourbon St. And French Quarter. Parking was provided on the property.
This was the perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood , away from the traffic and businesses of downtown, yet only 20 minutes away. The house is very New Orleansâ and has lots of character. Just a short walk away is the Mississippi River and a nice walk on the levee. We didnât have to bother Tricia at all because everything we needed or wanted was there. We had a great week exploring the area and left the day before it snowed! We would highly recommend this home whether staying for a couple of nights or a week like we did.
We loved this place. The hpuse itself had undeniable charm. Everything was in the house so that you could cook a meal for yourself. Tricia, the host is very responsive. The neighborhood seems very quiet. Delightful!
