This house location was ideal for our girls trip. We loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in minutes. We took full use of the beach umbrella and floats for our short trip down to the water. Everything was within easy walking distance. If wanting to do a lot of things down on the south side of the island you will want a car or to uber but we easily walked from the house down to the pier and marina area. We did use the grill one afternoon to make hotdogs and I had trouble getting all the burners to light but it is very possible it was operator error and not an issue with the grill. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had wonderful water pressure. I would definitely stay here again!!

This house has direct beach access but no direct beach view. It’s in a quiet location and has a couple great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location

Rental was very clean and well equipped with newer appliances. No shortage of towels, kitchen utensils, or anything needed for our stay. The best part is definitely the location. Steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rental location was perfect for access to beach! Step out the door & literally walk onto the beach. The rooms were perfect for adult couple & 2 teens! Walking distance to restaurants! I would stay again!

Right on the beach

The proximity to the beach was outstanding! This place is also a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the location. Perfect size for our family of 3 but you could easily sleep more.

I went with my grandparents and son husband and child and we loved the property it’s clean and very cozy right on the beach. Everything is updated and very nice! We definitely will be coming back to this spot or one of HR other rental spots he’s a great owner very communicative and he has a beautiful property! This is the one to go to for family fun or couples

Simply Nebraska

The perfect place for us wanting a beachy vibe and the location was outstanding! This property was perfect for our girls weekend and felt very safe. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping and night life. No need for a rental car bc the trolley had stops near the location if we wanted to venture out further. The Driftwood suite was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including beach towels and chairs. They were very accommodating when we needed a late checkout. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family. We will definitely be back!

We had the perfect experience staying in the Driftwood. The owner was on-site when we arrived a little early. He was very accommodating regarding parking. It was clean, and had everything we needed. Just a few steps to the beach and to a great restaurant. Convenient location for many things to do. Already booking our next stay!

Great Girlfriends trip!

Comfy beds and clean unit. Easy and friendly communication with homeowners, very responsive. Great location to walk to everything, but just a note - there is no beach view at all from this unit. Overall, we had a great time on our girl's weekend.

Great Beach location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Driftwood it is like 150 ft from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores The cottage is clean and there is plenty of room for 2 couples plus . Kitchen is well equipped with whatever you will need for cooking and the beds are comfortable. And the new A/C and ceiling fans keep the place cool in the Florida heat. I would stay here again and hope to as soon as time allows😊

Clearwater beach

Very nice reno of an old beachfront property. Both beds comfy but the guest bed is very squeaky. Slept alone and just turning makes sound. Very responsive management and location great for beach and very easy walk to restaurants and stores.

First time to Clearwater

Pros: The beach house was almost right on the water! Easy access to the beach and to all the other fun sights. The house was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. JR was incredibly nice and accommodating. • The pictures of the house online is not actually what is there in real life. The living room furniture is different and there is a twin bed in the living room. Cons: The house was incredibly hot, we had the air turned down, all ceiling fans on, went and purchased more fans and was still sweating. •All in all we had a good time!

PROs and CONs of this property

Our family of 4 spent 1 week here from March 9-16. Here are the pros and cons of our experience. PRO: - Very close proximity to both the beach and downtown Clearwater Beach both easy walking distance - Very clean property - Decorated nicely - Very responsive management to any questions or issues - Beach chairs and cooler available for use - Satellite TV in bedrooms and living room - Fast free wifi CON: - Unit has no sunlight as the windows look out at walkways between units - Noise can be heard from upstairs units - Soft beds - some fees are hidden, check twice before committing
