Located on the first floor, this stylish apartment is yours to enjoy for a 31-day minimum stay. Choose between a cozy king-size bed, a full-size bed, or the queen pull-out couch, all paired with fluffy feather or memory foam pillows for ultimate relaxation. The spacious bathroom features both a tub and a shower to suit your needs. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stay organized with ample storage and closets, and enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning.
**Parking: Assigned parking space in the building (additional fee will apply).
**Sleeping arrangements: King bed, full bed, queen pull-out sofa with high-quality bedding and pillow options for ultimate comfort.
**Bathroom: Spacious primary bath with a tub and shower, stocked with luxurious PAYA products for a spa-like experience.
**Kitchen: Fully equipped with essentials, perfect for preparing your favorite meals.
**Comfort: Window air conditioning units, with portable heaters and fans provided for customized climate control.
**Privacy: Entire private unit to yourself.

Rideshare services are abundant in the area, ensuring quick and convenient access to your destinations. Whether youâre exploring on foot or venturing further afield, this location puts you in the heart of it all.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
