Stafford House- Modern home conveniently located in the westside of Bozeman!
Welcome to Stafford House, a modern retreat blending style and comfort for your Bozeman getaway. Thoughtfully designed with natural wood, sleek metal accents, and polished concrete, this home offers a warm and inviting stay with in-floor radiant heat and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. A/C units in every bedroom including the ADU.
Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.
Main House:
- Master Bedroom: King-size bed + ensuite bath with a walk-in shower on the main level.
- Two Additional Bedrooms: Each with a queen-size bed, sharing a full bathroom are located upstairs.
- Dedicated upstairs office space for remote work or quiet reading.
Detached ADU (Guest Suite):
- One queen-size bedroom + sofa sleeper in the living area for flexible sleeping arrangements.
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Separate kitchen and living space for added convenience.
Fully Equipped Kitchen And Dining:
- Chefâs kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a spacious butlerâs pantry.
- Dining room open to the kitchen with sliding doors out to the deck and yard.
- Table that seats 8 with 2 additional spots at the kitchen island.
- Back deck with an enclosed courtyard for private outdoor relaxation.
Relaxing Living Spaces:
- Open-concept living room with plush seating, perfect for cozy nights in.
-The upstairs loft has a sectional couch with a large flat-screen TV for entertainment after a day of adventure.
