Spacious place with 1 bedrooms and a large kitchen.

The space
Spacious unit to spread out and enjoy your time in Fargo. We allow pets to join you in the unit but we ask that you be mindful of their behavior and to treat this place as you would you own house. There is a deposit on this unit that will only be applied if we feel it is necessary to cover damage or extreme cleaning issues. We ask that you not allow your pets on the furniture or the bed during their stay. Per Fargo's ordinance, all pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly.

Coin laundry is provided on site. It is located in the basement of the house, and only shared with three other units.

Guest access
The whole apartment is yours! It has it's own private entry so you can come and go at your leisure. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes if you want to stay in for meals while you're visiting.
