The living, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony are fully available to the guests with complete privacy and no provision for shared spaces.

Note :
1. Extra Guest and Visitor's charges are INR 500 per head on per day booking.
2. Check-in time is anytime after 2PM
Since it’s a self-check-in with a digital lock so it can be done at any point of time.
And Checkout time: - 11:30 AM,
Early check in and Late check-out as per the availability and charges - INR 250 per hrs.
3. Please Keep the property clean.
4. Loud Music and hooting strictly not allowed after 10PM
5. Govt. Address Proof ( Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) along with Mobile no. of each guest to be registered before the time of check-in.
Without ID card check-in will not be allowed in the property. Please drop all host and guest ID proofs before check-in.
Only those guest are allowed to check-in who’s ID proof are provided.

6. Outside music system not allowed.

7. Kindly respect if any of our executive will come for loud music, hooting and anything. If any miss behaves with staff check out the property same time.

8. Lift is available in the property.

9. Fitness centre is on the 10th floor of building. It's operating time is between 7am - 9pm. Subject to management rules, proper fitness attires with sneakers only allowed inside the gym.

10. Swimming pools open during 7am-9pm.
11. Charges for commercial photography and filming are different from nightly charges.

Other things to note
- No daily maid, Extra cleaning INR 400/time.
- Cook available on request
- Extra towel INR100/piece.
- Only our guests are allowed to use the accommodation facilities at the residence.
- Easily flammable and explosive substance and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odour, are not allowed on residence premise.
- Please do not cook the meal with lot of smoke or steam. There is a smoke detector in the room and fire alarm will start automatically after getting smoke or steam.
- Please turning off lights and air-conditions when leaving the room.
- Please make sure you do not leave the water running in the bathroom when you leave the room
- Please do not leave your valuables, jewellery and important documents in the room when you going out, we do not assume any responsibility for their possible disappearance.
- This is the private condo, so party is not allowed.
- Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the room, hallways and public areas especially from 10PM to 9AM
- Smoking cigarettes or marijuana is not allowed in the room. The property is 100% smoke free. INR 2000 fine for violating since we need to do deep cleaning. Some guest have smoke allergies please understand, Please some in balcony,
- Please do not wear shoes in the room.

- The guests are not allowed to modify the layout of the room / furniture.
- Please take care of the residence inventory and other equipment’s. Lost or all intentional damages occurring during your stay shall be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
