If you choose to not rent out the full property, there may be another guest staying in the second unit during your stay. While the quality and the design of the construction aids in keeping these units peaceful and private, we still want to make you aware of this fact.

Parking: Driveway parking and free street parking are available

Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed with pet fee. Dogs must weigh 25lbs or less. No pets on furniture please.

Garbage: There are two large outdoor garbage bins shared by the main home and ADU. Access to these cans is around the corner from the ADU patio and guests are made aware that main house guests may be walking through their patio to access these bins. Garbage cans will be taken to/from the curb by management weekly.
