• Self-Check-In: Access details will be provided 48 hours prior to arrival.

Important Notes

Pet-Friendly: While this unit welcomes pets, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Resort Amenities: Pools and hot tubs are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed; refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking prior to receiving check-in details.

Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on mountain operations, weather, and trail availability and is outside the hosts responsibility.


Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
