The Space:
This cozy, open-concept studio is designed for comfort and relaxation in a small, quiet condominium setting. Featuring a plush king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and indoor & outdoor dining areas, it provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo, and a dedicated vanity area adds extra convenience. Enjoy the inviting indoor and outdoor lounging spaces, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Stay comfortable year-round with a mini-split AC & heat, and enjoy entertainment with Roku TV. Whether you're here for adventure or a quiet escape, this studio is the perfect Sedona retreat.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire studio with a garden patio area and are welcome to use the shared community patio located beside a stream a short pathway from the condo. There is also an on site laundry facility and use of one parking space close to the condo entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located near Sunset Park, Harkins Theaters and Mary D. Fisher Theatre, Starbucks, Whole Foods Grocery Market, Walgreens, and many fine restaurants - more time to enjoy Sedona - less time in traffic. Perfect and convenient for any traveler!

Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

LAUNDRY AREA - It’s behind this unit, once you’re up those first couple of steps make a right there will be a patio area with tables once you see that make a left and there’s a separate building for the laundry. It cost money to use the machines and they do accept card.
