Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and rocket launches from the top deck overlooking the marina. Relax on the front porch while listening to music.

The Space:

Step inside and be greeted by a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The living area features a convenient pull-out sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests.

Experience the beauty of nature from the large top deck, where ample seating allows everyone to enjoy the mesmerizing sunrises, sunsets, and even rocket launches visible from the marina.

Unwind on the front porch while listening to your favorite tunes on the stereo system, or indulge in a movie night on the large screen TV in the living room.

Create culinary masterpieces in the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom is a true oasis, boasting a lavish walk-in shower and a convenient washer/dryer combo unit for your convenience.

As the gentle rocking waters lull you to sleep, choose from one of the two cozy beds for a restful slumber.

Step just a few paces away and treat yourself to a mouthwatering meal at the tiki bar, or take a leisurely stroll around the charming marina.

At the clubhouse, experience true relaxation with a dip in the heated pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. Afterward, rejuvenate your mind and body at the resort gym and sauna.

Kokomo is permanently docked and not able to be taken out onto the river.

There are keys in a lockbox. Please safely enter & exit the vessel as there is the potential for minor rocking.

While we have taken careful consideration to provide the safest & most customer-friendly accommodations, please be aware that this is a houseboat and there are certain contingencies that guests must acknowledge.

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire Kokomo Floating Bungalow! You'll have the master bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size bed, a living area featuring a pull-out sofa, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower . Step outside to the large top deck for stunning views or relax on the front porch. Guests also have access to the resort's amenities, including the tiki bar, heated pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna at the clubhouse. Please note that the houseboat is permanently docked and cannot be taken out on the river.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Getting Around:
Getting around Kokomo is easy! Free parking is available directly near the houseboat. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-minute drive. While public transportation options are limited on Merritt Island, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel to local attractions and dining spots. Explore the Space Coast with ease from your unique waterfront bungalow!

Other Things to Note:
Important Notes: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a houseboat, and some minor rocking is possible. Free parking is available near the houseboat. Please be aware of potential movement when entering and exiting. The unit is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the outside decks. Pets are allowed, with a weight limit of 40 pounds and a fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose all pets in advance. For date changes or reducing the number of nights, please do so at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fees cover departure cleaning only; additional cleaning services are available for extended stays. Pool and fitness center access is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily; pool towels are provided, but please return them to the unit. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in these areas. Gas BBQ grills are available at the pool/clubhouse; please clean and return grill tools after use. You are responsible for any damages. Please do a detailed look around the unit before checking out to ensure you have not left anything behind.
