Space was exactly as described. The host was great with communication and helped me get an emergency package delivered. The next time I’m in Atlanta, I will definitely stay again.

The Apartment needs better flooring and new blinds. The heating system was stuffy. the AC unit in the bedroom was necessary. The bathroom could use updating, the wire rack over the toilet was very much needed. There are always homeless outside the entrance. Be careful, one tried to "help" me with my shoulder bag. The best part of our stay was the concierge. She was aways pleasant, patient and very communicative. We think her name may have been Laquinda. Lovely personality.

The place at Peachtree Towers was perfect for our family of four for the weekend. We needed close access to Georgia World Congress Center and other kcal attractions. The into was as presented in pictures, clean and well stocked. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but appreciated the coffee, Keurig and water cooler. Access to the unit was easy through the concierge who was very friendly. Paid Parking was available right next to the building. We would surely return.

Little sketchy

The photos were exactly what the property looked like but don’t plan on cooking anything. The ONE pot that was there was disgusting with rust or something. The water jug was completely empty and the refrigerator wouldn’t keep a bottle of water cold. All the screens had huge holes in them but luckily the windows were closed and locked. The portable ac tube (approx 5inches) hose was through a window in the bedroom would not close enough around it and all that ‘cold’ air would go right out. It was warm in the bedroom! The table and bench seats were very dusty you could see when anyone sat or touched. The clear, glass coffee table on the large rug although pretty was horrible in seeing and constantly hit knees and legs! Hot is cold and cold is hot when taking a shower. The front door would not close and stay closed without locking which made for an uncomfortable unsure environment. The entire building and apartment reeked of marijuana and the homeless, although sad, constantly bugging when coming or going from the property. The skinny front desk receptionist with the long eyelashes has an attitude coming or going. We left a phone charger and contacted host. Said the cleaning crew could not find. Positive:The host was great at getting back to messages or concerns. Decor was cute.

CONS: Directions are lousy. Pictures of the building and parking lot would be more helpful. We were told to park in the monthly parking and IF we had to pay there was a QR code. We took that to mean if the monthly parking was full and we had to go to the daily parking, we would need the QR code--which by the way is on the way OUT not in. So we got two 37 tickets. So that could be a lot clearer and it should state parking is to be paid. It is hard to believe the cleaners made two beds and didn't notice the paper towel on the floor between them. We weren't touching it so my husband moved under one of the beds. Front desk person was rude, yelling at everyone, I was at the window and had to wait while she got IDs from everyone in the line and filled out their paperwork also. A line is a line for a reason. It does not matter that you are on the 17th floor--you hear all of the street noise. That place has zero insulation it sounds like. Water bottle in kitchen still empty--not that I wanted any but I noted that it was that way in another review and it is still empty. Don't think the air in the living room works. Beds squeak with every movement. PROS: Not far from aquarium. Beautifully decorated. Sheets are super soft. Thank goodness for the portable air conditioner in the bedroom---that worked well. Other than the papertowel and a bottle of water in the fridge, it looked clean. For the price, it is excellent though.
