Royal Sands Resort & Spa: meilleure section de plage / océan à CANCUN!

C'est un magnifique complexe en bord de mer situé sur la meilleure section de plage de Cancun! Le Royal Sands Resort & Spa est idéal pour tous les âges, mais ils évitent les briseurs de printemps d'âge collégial en exigeant qu'au moins un membre du groupe de location soit âgé de 25 ans et plus.

Idéal pour la famille, ils ont environ 5 membres du personnel affectés uniquement aux activités pour les enfants. Nos enfants adorent vraiment ce personnel et ils sont super avec les enfants. La ou les zones pour enfants sont juste assez éloignées pour que les gens sans enfants ne soient pas dérangés par les enfants à moins qu'ils ne soient assis à côté de l'une des deux piscines pour enfants. Les chambres sont également faites pour une famille car elles ont une cuisine complète qui vous permet de faire vos achats à l'épicerie du complexe ou d'aller à Walmart pour obtenir la nourriture et les boissons dont les enfants ont toujours besoin.

Suite principale très spacieuse!
La villa de 2 chambres a de nombreuses façons de dormir votre groupe et peut en fait être divisée en deux unités, la moitié de la suite et la moitié de verrouillage. La moitié de la suite a une chambre principale avec un lit King et accès à votre terrasse vue mer / plage de 200 pieds carrés. Il y a aussi une salle de bain attenante au Master. Dans le grand salon, il y a deux lits jumeaux (bien installés dans l'immense consul de divertissement) pour vous aider si vous avez des invités supplémentaires et il est attenant à la cuisine complète. Le maître et le salon constituent la moitié de la suite de la villa. Adjacent au salon est la deuxième chambre (demi-lockoff) qui a deux lits doubles, salle de bain complète, un mini-réfrigérateur et micro-ondes et petite terrasse. La villa entière peut accueillir jusqu'à 6-7 selon la composition du groupe (8 si vous avez un bébé / enfant en bas âge dans un berceau)

Idéal pour les COUPLES aussi!
Le complexe est également parfait pour les couples avec son SPA DE CLASSE MONDIALE dans le Royal Sands et étant situé sur la section de plage la meilleure et la plus large de Cancun. Il suffit d'aller chercher l'une des dizaines de palapas de plage et de se sentir comme si vous aviez l'océan / la plage pour vous tout seul car le son de l'océan étouffe tous les autres bruits. Pour ceux qui préfèrent passer du temps au bord de la piscine, ils offrent deux grandes piscines différentes (une calme pour ceux qui cherchent à s'évader et à lire ou se reposer, puis une où ils ont des activités tout au long de la journée et un côté plus convivial et fait regarder les gens ).

Les tarifs indiqués sont exacts pour les locations de 6 et 7 nuits où toutes les nuits tombent dans une semaine du samedi au samedi. Donc, si votre location ne rentre pas dans une semaine du samedi au samedi ou moins de 6 nuits, vous devrez me contacter pour les prix exacts et la disponibilité.

*** Si vous louez chez moi, vous ne serez PAS obligé de faire le programme tout compris, il sera facultatif pour vous. mais vous aurez toujours accès à tout ce qui se passe dans le complexe. Il vous suffit de charger la nourriture / les boissons dans votre chambre en utilisant la clé de votre chambre comme carte de paiement. (Si vous décidez que vous souhaitez faire l'IA, ils offrent actuellement à tous mes invités le prix de 69 $ par nuit et par adulte, 49 $ pour les enfants de 13 à 18 ans, 19 $ pour les enfants de 4 à 12 ans et gratuit pour les moins de 4 ans)

Outstanding vacation!

The room at the Royal Sands was outstanding. Bill, thank you so much for what my kids said was "the best vacation ever!" The staff was attentive, kind and respectful. The accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We had a fantastic room with an ocean view and I was able to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean every morning! The food was great and the service outstanding. My son has food allergies and they were able to accommodate and adjust for him at every restaurant. We preferred to eat on property for that assurance. The location was perfect! On the beach and a very short 5 min walk to a few stores and 15 min to the larger mall. I highly recommend this property and Cancun!

Exceeded Expectations!

We booked this property for our daughter’s Senior trip. We had several families staying at the same property. The rooms were clean and the staff were accommodating, including our concierge. We did not opt to have all inclusive for our family, as we ate outside the resort for almost every dinner and a couple days we were not on sight since we were on excursions. Overall, a great value and the experience was good!

Vacation during COVID-19

I’ve been vacationing at the Royal Sands for the past 6 years and have always enjoyed it. I knew coming to the resort it was going to be a bit different with Covid going on but needed a vacation so as a family we decided to still come. The quality of the food was terrible. We purchased the all inclusive package and was not worth it at all. Some of the food arrived cold or even spoiled. Which my other family members experienced as well. Thankfully it only happened once otherwise I would’ve left the resort immediately. Even though a lot of the menu items were cut we didn’t expect the quality of the food to go down. The service was also very slow. We understand we’re on vacation but every time we sat down at a restaurant it takes them almost 15 minutes to help you then another hour to get your food once it’s ordered and when you’re traveling with children this is not ideal. I hope this resort gets it together in the next year or so because they’re going to loose a lot of regular travelers like myself. Overall the staff is always friendly but the resort needs to hire more staff so the few that are working are not running around with their heads chopped off because of the amount of people they need to assist.

Christina I appreciate you taking the time to review the Resort but it is essential to be useful for future guests to know the following: -You checked in on October 10 -On October 7 (3 days before you arrived) a Category 4 Hurricane Delta hit, it did lower to a Category 2/3 just 3 hours before making landfall hit only 30 miles south from Royal Sands Resort. Yes a HUGE storm in which all tourists in the Cancun zone were required to evaculate by Mexican Government and go to protective shelters (last time this happened was 15 years ago for Hurricane Wilma). So HUGE Hurricane! -On October 3 (only 7 days before you arrived) Tropical Storm Gramma (70mph on border of being a Cateogory 1 Hurricane) when it made landfall only 60 miles south of the Royal Sands Resort. Two Storms making landfall in the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen Area within a weeks timeframe had never happened before. And this isn't even taking into consideration the Covid procedures and practices that the Royal Sands is doing, not only are they leaving at least 35% of the room empty to provide more space for everyone and a Covid outbreak, they also have additional food serving protocols as they do everywhere in the world right now to keep everyone safe. And since they have reduced occupancy they have also had to reduce staff/cut back hours. I would hope that any future guests will see how Christina's Resort experience this year wasn't like what she was used to the many other trips she has made to the Royal Sands over the years and note that her complaints were about food/service times. If any of you have ever experienced the aftermath of a hurricane, especially in respect to food, think about having two hit within 7 days of arriving anywhere and it is a guarantee the food quality wont be up to par and most likely anywhere else the entire area would be closed. But the Resort staff worked very very hard to have the Resort look as if a Cateogory 4 hurricane hadn't been there 3 days prior but unfortunately they can only do so much about the food in that short of a time as it is out of their control. As for All-inclusive or Not All-inclusive, I will almost always recommend my guests not do AI at the Royal Sands Resort, as the prices at the Resort are very very reasonable and so many nice places to go out to dinner outside the Resort within walking distance. I hope this gives you a better basis for the above comments

Favorite place we have ever stayed!

The Royal Sands Cancun property and Bill's place far exceeded all of our expectations. The accommodations, property, dining, service and atmosphere were OUTSTANDING! The suite and entire resort were over the top IMMACULATE! We had an amazing view and were always able to find a shaded palapa on the beach with lounge chairs. We spoiled ourselves with room service and tried most of the Royal dining spots. There was food and drink service on the beach as well as by the pool areas. The pool was 100% clean and the perfect temperature. The unit was tastefully decorated and had plenty of room including a kitchen, dining, and living room area as well as a large balcony with a table and plenty of chairs. The staff were amazing and very friendly. It was extremely safe and the resort had all types of amenities such as spa, laundry, grocery, gift shop, excursion travel, etc. BEST VACATION EVER - great time had by all !! Bill was also very responsive to all of my questions during the booking process and clearly explained all of the options.

This is a great resort in Cancun. the Villas are spacious and meticulously kept. The resort is in the perfect place, beautiful beach, the food was amazing, the associates were always friendly and you felt very safe and pampered.

Favorite place in Cancun thus far

Extremely happy with this overall. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The food and drinks are of good quality and service is generally very good. We had issues with the manager at the front desk; she was extremely rude and refused to help us despite it being their error; we were charged an additional $534 on top of what we paid initially for the all-inclusive package.

Beautiful resort!

Beautiful resort! Will definetely go back! The staff here were all wonderful! Our room was perfect for our family of six. Very clean and loved the large veranda. Housekeeping was there everyday re-stocking towels and refrigerator with refreshments. The grounds were amazing! Very well maintained, never any garbage left around. The restaurants were lovely also. My kids made a great friend with Fernando, the waiter in the Veranda buffet. He took great care of them! I am not a buffet fan, however, this buffet was top notch! Appreciated the shuttle service to off site restaurants also. The beach staff were fun and ran their butts off! Lots of activities around for all to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone! Thanks.....

Nice resort. Great stay

We are a family of six and stayed here for several days during spring break. The room was spacious and very nice. Great location. Very safe. The people were very nice at the resort and tried to make your stay enjoyable. We were hit up for The timeshare sales meeting by the concierge but my wife and I decided we weren’t going to do that on vacation and let the guy know and he was semi-OK with that and we didn’t hear about it again during our stay. I looked on Costco and purchased the Cancun go card and we did 4 of the activities and didn't need the concierge. We went to Costco and got a bunch of food and didn’t do the all-inclusive. However, the store inside the property had really everything that you would want and need at a good price and you could probably get enough food in there for you stay. The only thing we wish we would’ve had is possibly a hot tub for at night but everything else was pretty dreamy.

The furnishings in phase 2 were not what we expected but were ok. The Resort overall is very nice. The crowd was a mix of young and old. Phase 1 pool area much younger than in phase 2.

Excellent Property

My 6 cousins stayed in the suite. The rooms were spacious, and very clean . We enjoyed a full week at the resort. The accommodations were great. We loved the easy access to the pool and the beach. Food and drink were right on the property, or you could try out the local restaurants by walking a short way, or taking transportation from the resort. Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. We had a great time and loved the whole experience.

Fantastic unit and resort on a spectacular beach!

Our family of four absolutely loved this unit and this resort. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax in the apartment/condo, and we all took advantage of the many amenities the resort had to offer. The unit was clean and well-stocked, with a fantastic view. Most of the time, we relaxed on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the reasonably priced and delicious food and drinks. Absolutely no problems booking or using the unit. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning again!

Great family vacation!

Great unit with plenty of space for our family of 5. The beach is beautiful and the location is very convenient; short walk or cab ride to restaurants and shopping. We did eat a few meals in the resort and even ordered room service and the food was quite good onsite. It was the week between Christmas and New Years so the facility was busy and the lounge chairs on the beach are on a first come/first served basis. Not ideal during a busy week but a minor annoyance. Appreciated that there are lifeguards on the beach and the resort’s servers provided good drink and good service on the beach. Overall great service and experience.

Great place for the family

This place is great! I opted to stay here over the Ritz Carlton due to the extra space and better price. The resort is clean and the room is spacious and comfortable. I would not get the all inclusive as I paid to eat at the sushi bar and the buffet and was underwhelmed. We had many meals by the pool, cooked in the room, and went to the Club Grille at the Ritz Carlton next door which was fantastic. Great vacation and a top notch resort and rental.

I was so glad to find this listing from Bill. The rate was fantastic since we received so many member benefits without being members ourselves. Of course Cancun is breathtaking, but the Royal Sands itself was perfect and the staff and service we received was exceptional! Would definitely go again!

Ocean Front unit was fantastic! Plenty of Room

Property was great! Room was fantastic. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Ocean Views and sounds were perfect. We opted not to do the All-Inclusive, with 3 high end restaurant dinners and much higher end wine (from L Europea) we spent about the same as the all - inclusive. There is a nice Grocery Store 5 minutes walk at the mall just north of the property. Great Italian (CENACOLO) right across the street, Great steaks at Harry's Grill a walk south of the hotel. Would stay here again and would go through Bill.

My wife and I have been married for 12 years now and have been enjoying trips down to Cancun since 2001. We ended up staying at the Royal Sands and just fell in love with it. So since 2001 we have spend over 12 months at the Royal Sands Resort and it truely is our home away from home. Since our first visit in 2001 we have had many changes in our family. First we decided that we always loved thinking about Cancun and the Royal Sands so we invested in a few weeks there in 2004 and from there our ownership went from a couple weeks to all 52 weeks (making us the only individual owner to do so at the Royal Sands:)). In additional to our weeks expanding so did our family, we now have two young kids one girl (who has spent over 8 months at the Sands) and a son (who has only spent about 4 months their).

So you won't find anybody that owns more weeks or that has spent more time at the Royal Sands since it opened in 2000 then us. We still continue to go down for a month or two a year but having moved from Alaska to Southern California a few years back we don't have the desire to leave Alaska in the winters like we used to.

You are in great hands and the Resort really helps out owners renting their personal unit out by allowing us to log into our account online and putting our guests into the Resorts computer system which can be verified by the renter within 24 hours by calling up the resort directly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is just such a great place as the owners tend to have many of the same qualifies which mainly includes being fun, happy, and ready to have a very good week, two, or more:) Being a fixed unit/fixed week resort they get a more educated owner/renters than those at points or floating resorts. People that buy because they love the Resort, management, and being on the best section of Beach in all of Cancun!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

They don't charge for towels, daily maid service, snorkel equipment, golf clubs, tennis rackets, ect......basicly they treat you like you want to be treated as a base!
