Children are not allowed on the balconies and in the common areas unattended.

We offer great deals for long stays of 28+ nights. Please enquire.

Please not that during Summer Peak Season in particular the months of July/ August we give priority to bookings of 7 nights or more with at least 6 persons. Shorter stays during this period are only accepted when we have availability between one booking and another. There are cctv cameras on the outside before entering the main entrance of the building, in the common entrance hall and on every floor on the common staircase.
