Le grand balcon vues stupéfiants imposants et les couchers du soleil romantiques d'un vieux port de pêche bien ont conservé toujours plein de luzzu traditionnel, coloré et local (les bateaux). La propriété a 2 chambres à coucher (les jumeaux couchent + 2 célibataires), le divan couche - peut être plus arrangé. Les chambres à coucher ont les tables de chevet, les grandes garde-robes, les meubles sous-vasque et une poitrine de tiroirs. Grand 7m x 4.7m a combiné le cuisine-souper, -habiter ayant équipé entièrement la cuisine, 6 table de seater, le divan (2 + 3seater), la machine à laver, le fer & le conseil de fer, le télévision et (l'accès à Internet sur demande). . L'appartement est dans un silence un haut bloc de classe. Les conditions spéciales peuvent être arrangées. Transporter l'arrêt juste devant l'appartement, le louant une voiture/cycle n'est pas un doit mais aide à voir les bijoux de Malte isolés.

Good stay on a really lovely island
Good comfortable accommodation with wonderful views. Everything we needed was at hand and transport was literally on our doorstep. We love Malta and will certainly return.
Only 2 negatives - firstly the noise from the road is huge which disturbs the tranquil setting. secondly you need anti mosquito sprays - its the time of year really but the mosquitoes were awful day and night.
Only 1 further comment - could the owners write down how to use the TV etc as we forgot the instructions

The road infront of the apartment is not a main road and the bedrooms are at the back side of the apartment, so this is usually of no disturbance to our guests. Re tv, we have iptv with many international channels to choose from. The whole system is an autoplay, so once it is turned on, the channels are automatically displayed. Eu poderia listar varias coisas que nos deixaram bastante frustados, mas apenas gostaria de dizer pra não repetirem o meu erro de deixar para a ultima hora.
Agendem com antecedência que poderão encontrar apartamentos muito melhores nessa mesma faixa de preço.
El apartamento está bien cuidado y muy limpio. El apartamento tiene un balcón frente al mar una de las mejores vistas de Maltas y encantadoras luces del puerto reflejando en el agua.
Las fotos en el anuncio son tomadas por mí mismo utilizando una cámara barata, para asegurarse de que mostrar como es y por lo tanto los huéspedes tendrán expectativas realistas.
Mis representantes, mi personal de mantenimiento y yo Neville están en la cuadra cada día y hablamos muchas veces durante su estancia. También tenemos servicio de emergencia las 24 horas del día, 7 días a la semana y 14 horas al día.
Usted nunca nos dijo de ningún problema excepto sobre el problema de Internet que afectó a todos los bloque, como el módem y routers se quemó debido a un aumento de potencia. Como sabes, resolvimos el problema en 12 horas (era domingo por la noche). El lunes por la mañana el Internet estaba de vuelta a la normalidad mientras que vamos un técnico para solucionar el problema.
Nuestros precios han sido los mismos durante los últimos 5 años y cada año verificamos que somos competitivos incluso con apartamentos que no tienen una vista tan bonita!
Estamos contentos de que siempre estamos completamente reservado y creo que estamos muy bien de precio.
Su reserva fue en agosto, que es el pico de la temporada alta, así que no puedes esperar precios bajos.
Estoy seguro de que confrontado los precios antes de hacer la reserva, y ya que era un gran grupo el precio por persona era muy bajo en comparación con un hotel.
Si bien estamos seguros de haber hecho todo lo posible para hacer sus vacaciones r y alojamiento lo más cómodo y perfecto posible, le deseamos todo lo mejor.
The apartment is well kept and super clean. The apartment has a seafront balcony one of Maltas best views and lovely harbour lights reflecting in the water.
The photos in the advert are taken by myself using a cheap camera, to make make sure we show it as it is and thus guests will have realistic expectations.
My representatives, my maintenance staff and myself Neville are in the block every day and we spoke many times during your stay. We also have 24/7 emergency service and a 14 hours a day open office.
You never told us of any problems except about the internet problem that effected all the block, as the modem and routers got burnt due to a power surge. As you know we resolved the issue in 12 hours (it was Sunday night). On Monday morning the internet was back to normal as we go a technic
Comfortable apartment with great view
We spent 5 days in the apartment, with my elderly parents. We chose this apartment because of the lift, the bedroom layout, and of course the wonderful view. Steph met us on arrival and quickly showed us round. The apartment was very clean and, after opening all the cupboards, we found sufficient towels and blankets. I really don't think that more than 5 people could stay comfortably in the apartment. it was quite windy during our stay and warmer blankets/quilts would have been welcome, as would a bath mat in the bathroom because the floor is slippery when wet. The sliding window on the balcony didn't close properly so there was a constant draft which was a nuisance and the fact that the apartment was not securely locked was annoying. There was also a problem with the water draining from the shower tray which no doubt could be fixed with a plunger. There are no shops nearby, but fortunately we had a car so that wasn't a big problem for us. It would have been a nice touch to provide some basic groceries i.e. bread, jam, coffee, tea, sugar, milk. I would also suggest that it is time to renew the bed linen which is rather tired.

We wished you informed us when you were here that you required extra blankets, bath mat as we would have supplied in just a matter of hours. We assure you that the balcony doors do lock properly, one has to hold the middle sliding door with the left hand and close the other sliding door with the left hand simultaneously, if not done like this, then they will not close properly. The view to the bay is really nice and I wish I could have it every day.
The apartment is indeed very, very spacious.
All rooms allow plenty of space.
The wardrobe is pretty clean with lots of space. Also all other facilities were clean.
The bathroom is rather small and the drain stinks from time to time. This is not a place to be longer than necessary.
I estimate it is approx. 1x4m
The wallholder of the shower head could need a bit maintenance as also the mixer for the shower needs.
If you wish to shower you've to heat up the boiler approx. 30 min. in advance; but that's managable.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances.
The only think I was really missing was a dishwasher.
Overall the unit provides good comfort although almost everything - except the brand new and firm matresses - seem to be rather old.
Everything seem to be from the 1980's or early 1990's; pretty old I would say.
Even the synthetic leather sofa bed in the living room is quite worn out and it's surface has lots of damages. And it is not the one shown on the website; it is an old brown synthetic leather sofa.
The downside of the apartment is acc. to my experience the bus stop underneath the belcony directly in front (in both directions of travel).
As the buses are coming very (!) frequently on Malta in both directions and on several bus routes (even until late) you can enjoy every few minutes a noisy bus standing directly in front of your balcony either on this side or on the other side of the road.
And the exhaust of the roof mounted air conditioners of the busses will increase joy.
In regards to parking a private car it was always possible in a few minutes walking distance, but I can imagine that it could be difficult in peak times.
On arrival and departure I enyojed very much the elevator so that I did not have to bring my luggage up and down by myself.
The agency was always within reach by phone and very friendly and helpful. Thanks for that.

As you well say the apartment is well equipped and clean. The sofa is only a year old..we have bought a new one, however we had guests sitting on the sofa with some sort of sun tan and this penetrated deep in the leather. When cleaning it, the leather started to flake thus ruining the new sofa in some parts. We will replace it and get a new one next month. Yes, the bus stop is right outside the apartment which makes it very convenient to explore the island by using the bus. Good view comfortable apartment in quiet location
Enjoyed our holiday and will remember the view from the apartment forever. No shop, cashpoint, restaurant or any other facilities within walking distance of the apartment and given that we are all seniors it was necessary to take a 15 minute bus ride to Bugibba for these amenities. We did not find that there were “all kinds of shops, and entertainment (bars/restaurants, nightcubs, casino, watersports) 900m away from the apartment” as described in the property details but on a positive note, as the bus stop was directly outside the apartment, this didn’t present a problem or significantly detract from our holiday experience. The 21 euro weekly bus pass is excellent value and a ‘must have’ on arrival. The living area and the two bedrooms were clean, spacious and adequately met our requirements but the bathroom was far too small and poorly appointed and the water only trickled from the shower head. As the apartment supposedly slept seven persons it is difficult to envisage how they would have managed with such inadequate bathroom facilities. The lighting in the bathroom was poor making it difficult to shave and the dark brown towels weren’t nice and there were only sufficient of them for us to replace them once during our stay.
Many of your contributors on trip adviser comment on how helpful Neville, Ruth and their assistants were during their stay but within an hour of arriving at the apartment and deciding which tours to join we were very much left to our own devices and never heard from or had sight of Steph thereafter apart from a note she left the day after our arrival correcting the pick-up location of the night cruise we had booked. On reflection, we were a little disappointed that she only vaguely indicated the location of amenities and the pick-up point for the cruise as “across the street” when in fact it was a bus ride to the other side of St Paul’s Bay and that the pick-up was actually at the Porta-del-Sol hotel. Also, when we enquired about where to get a weekly pass for the Malta Bus we were advised to go to Valetta when in fact passes were available from local businesses. Again this wasn’t a major problem for us but it might not be so for all guests and although these points are only minor and may be seen as overly pedantic getting the little things right can make all the difference to a guest’s perception.
The pick –up and drop-off at the airport as arranged by Neville made our transfer easy and stress free and at 25 euro good value

There is no need to go to Bugibba ...in the inner part of Xemxija bay you will find all you need. If one wants to go to Bugibba, this is just 5 min by bus away, not 15 minutes. yes, bus stop is right infront of the door. The bathroom is exactly as in the pictures which is 1 m x 3 metres. We provide minimum 2 towels per person per week. We have a new bus company operator in Malta and initially tickets could only be sold from Valletta, Qawra and airport. Now they have included other selling points gradually. On arrival we meet our guests and give them our contact details which includes telephone, facebook, what s app and email. We can be reached 24 hrs a day. we did pass by to check if all was ok however you were not at the apartment so we left you a note. Also we sent you a welcome note the following day of your arrival to check if you need anything and if all is ok. We then do not bother our guests further...we let our guests enjoy their stay...we hope you will be our guests again! Ruth and Neville

Мы приехали с супругой на Мальту на 20 дней к друзьям и встретить День рождение. Арендовав эту квартиру на 5 этаже мы получили все, что хотели получить от жилья на Мальте, лифт, три балкона с прекрасным видом на море и город Бужиббу, полностью укомплектованная кухня, стиральная машина и интернет и современный ТВ. Замечательное расположение в 2 минутах ходьбы до центра, рестораны и магазины в 100 метрах от дома. Возможно тем кто поедет в июне-сентябре стоит обратить внимание на отсутствие кондиционеров есть только напольные вентиляторы, хотя возможно их установят т.к. квартира практически новая и они там предусмотрены, но пока их нет да и в апреле они не нужны. Квартиру мы арендовали через агенство, Руф представитель агенства была очень внимательна к нашим пожеланиям и просьбам чем заслужила нашу глубокую благодарность.

L'appartement est localisé sur la rive du vieux port de pêche, le centre-ville est 900m loin,. L'arrêt d'autobus et la plage rocheuse juste devant l'appartement. les restaurants, les kiosques de glace, les bars à vin romantiques, l'épicier vert, les mini-marchés, le boucher etc., sont tout à quelques minutes de marche. Si vous cherchez un relâcher et les vacances romantiques moins que 3 km les plages de sable Dorées loin calmes, les beaux couchers du soleil du promenade ou du balcon de s d'appartement vous attendent. Pour le plus aventureux le plus grand tableau de sport nautique de kayaking pour envoler le ski à P1 500hp hors-bord, le cyclisme de moutin, le cheval voyage à parkakiting, les Barres, les boîtes de nuit, ouvrent des discos d'air. Les ferrys à Gozo, le s de Malte île de soeur calme, à Comino avec ses eaux de cristal tropicales et autre fait une croisière tout part de la fin à l'appartement. Les voyages de pêche et les tours de bateau peuvent être arrangés.
