Surfside Beach cottage 2 bedroom steps to sand

Welcome to Moe Cottage located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This charming and cozy coastal cottage has stunning ocean views.
The Moe cottage features 2 bedrooms (queen and 2 twins) and a pullout sleeper sofa. The screened in porch is located in the back of the cottage.The master bedroom looks out to the ocean and you will sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach. The beach path is just a few steps to sand from the front door!

The cottage is two floors with the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a large screened in porch on the second floor.

You may see us at the house next door! Come say hello if you like otherwise we are always available via text if our guests have questions.

We are located one house back from oceanfront. The path to the beach is just steps from your front door. We are approximately 1 mile north of the pier and the downtown Old Orchard Beach attractions. The Surfside beach area is (in our opinion) the best slice of beach in Old Orchard! The sand is powder soft, the beach is flat and our area of the beach has no public parking so the beach is never very crowded.

If you bring your pet we ask that you also bring whatever is necessary to cover our couches or beds they may sleep on. Please be mindful of leaving dogs unattended for long periods of time. We love dogs but our cottage is not a dog sitter.
