This space was perfect as a landing place after a day exploring the Methow Valley. We were looking for a place to lay our heads at night and to clean up after a day in nature. This property met both those needs.
Overall, cabin was pretty clean. The only thing that I wish was different, was the hot tubâŠwe rented the cabin because of the hot tub, but you canât turn on the keys. Itâs pretty much a hot bath. Over all, itâs a pretty good staycation.
We've stayed at this location in a different property and enjoyed it. This property is literally falling apart. There are nails not hammered in, the door frame is broken so the door doesn't completely shut, lipstick on a coffee cup and so on. It's a tiny place but we knew that. There was only half a roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay and no coffee filters for the coffee maker. We would stay at Wolf Creek again but definitely not in this property. Noisy, chainsmoking neighborsdidn'thelp.. p
So many fabulous things to do...we even saw a deer with 2 nursing fawns nearby one morning. Picturesque location. The log exposed building and furniture was exquisite. But...on the 2nd floor in over 90' was too much. The tiny window didn't help. The opening of the patio door could bring some relief after midnight. But alas the screen wasn't able to shut, to ensure bugs wouldn't enter. This would've been a perfect experience.
The unit was cozy, and as described. Only two problems: DVD Player was disconnected from TV, and a piece was missing, so that it could not be plugged into back of TV. You should fix that. Also, the outside steps were very icy until Saturday. Having some sand or ice melt available would help.
