This beautifully renovated 2200+ sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 8 and is pet friendly. There are two spacious living rooms and a game room with shuffleboard and a bar, making the home great for groups and families. The large backyard has a brand new privacy fence and pergola to relax under. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy drive to both Dallas and Forth Worth.
This large home features 4 bedrooms with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the 3 secondary bedrooms. The home is recently fully remodeled and has brand new furnishings throughout. There are two living rooms with 65" smart TVs, as well as an additional smart TV in the primary bedroom. The two full and one half baths are recently remodeled and include a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and a tub/shower in the secondary bathroom.
There is a large yard with a new wood privacy fence as well as a pergola with outdoor furniture in the backyard.

This property had a recent complete interior and exterior remodel and is beautifully updated and upgraded! It's very spacious at over 2200 sq ft in size, very comfortably sleeps 8, and has a large, private backyard.
