Welcome to the 'Lil Nauti Boathouse' - A boaters paradise with a lake view located at 12mm which has a 12x30 ft Boat slip available. There are 2 lakeside pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, firepit and a grilling pavilion available to use. Spacious top level unit with vaulted ceilings and a screened in porch looking over the water. Easy access by boat or car to fun lakeside bars, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and so much more! Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach are minutes away!
Enjoy your time away from home with family and friends relaxing on the screened in porch, sipping on a cold beverage and looking out onto the gorgeous lake view!

Inside the Condo:
The open great-room style floorplan combines living and dining rooms with a fully stocked kitchen that shines with quartz countertops, large island/breakfast bar and coffee station that will work with grounds or k-cup pods. You will have enough there for you to start your stay. There is a griddle, blender and an air-fryer for your use if you decide you want to cook. The living area opens to a fun and quaint outdoor porch space with a covered screened in deck and view of the lake to enjoy the gorgeous sun-sets bug-free! There is a table with chairs for 6 to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinners. For your use, there is a stand up cooler for the extra drinks that you can't quite fit in the fridge - just add ice! On the front porch you will find a grill and seating area for your private use.
As an added advantage, this condo offers a 12' x 30' covered boat slip in a protected cove. This slip is right in front of the condo and is easy access for loading and unloading.
Common Areas:
There are two pools that boast lake views with the lakeside pool a short walk from the condo unit. There are loungers available to soak up ALL of the sun! The swim dock on the lake is also easy access and equally as quick walk! The playground, tennis/pickleball courts, pavilion, grill, club house are all a quick 2 minute drive up the hill directly behind the condo unit.
You will have access to the entire condo. The unit entrance is one flight of stairs from ground level, but is the top floor of the complex. Parking is first come first serve anywhere you find a spot - no additional fees. You will have use of a private washer and dryer, private screened in porch, and all spaces in the condo. There are shared amenities at the complex including 2 community pools, a swim dock on the lake, a clubhouse for lounging, a pickleball court and a playground with plenty of area for kids to run! There is also a pavilion and grill that is community property for use. Check the information in the back of our guestbook for a way to reserve the pavilion.
We provide items to get you started with your stay! Complimentary snacks, waters, coffee pods, basic seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic salt and olive oil to cook with. There will be personal care items available, dish soap and detergent, and laundry pods in case you need to throw a load into the washing machine!
Key Rules to note:
- No smoking
- No animals or pets of any kind are allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No trailers are allowed on the property
- Boat launch and trailer storage available at Public Beach 2 (PB2)
- Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- NOTE: The property requires stairs to access (1 flight)
- NOTE: The community outdoor pools are seasonal and closed approximately October through May
