Nestled beneath mature trees, the home welcomes you with a vibrant front door and a cozy covered porchâperfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Conveniently located near the University of Texas, St. Davidâs Medical Center, East Austin, and Downtown, youâll be right in the heart of it all!
Inside, high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and abundant natural light create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open living and dining area flows into a fully updated kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless appliances including a gas range.
The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A second spacious bedroom, also with a king bed, sits next to a full guest bath.

- There is a security camera present at the front door for security. Please do not tamper with it.
- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask you to bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. You can check for burn bans on the Texas A&M Forest Service website.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask you to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins/cans.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- There are a lot of antiques on the property. Please enjoy them, but understand these items are precious to us. If items are damaged, the guest will be liable for these damages.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, donât hesitate to contact us.

You may notice a few more of them around September and theyâre completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldnât pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
