Welcome to your Lake Hartwell getaway â a true waterfront retreat designed for unforgettable stays. With a private dock, hot tub and room to comfortably sleep 12, this home is perfect for families, friends, and lake weekends year-round.
Wake up to peaceful water views, spend your days boating, fishing or swimming right from the dock, and unwind at night in the hot tub under the stars. Whether youâre here to relax or reconnect, this home offers space, comfort, and the best of lake living.
The Cove House is just that, situated in a peaceful quiet cove with no thru-boaters & no docks across the lake (preserved land). Swim across the lake to the sandy beach to swim and float off the edge of the dock. It's truly a quiet oasis and perfect for a week or weekend with family & friends.
Past renters have found that the cove house is the best kept secret for those who love to fish and have caught very LARGE fish right off the end of our dock.
Guest access
The Cove House is located just 5 minutes off of I-85North. The home has its own driveway with 2 covered parking spots under a covered car-port but plenty of room for 4-6 cars to park in the driveway if needed. Please note - The road leading to our property is a gravel road. The closed-in garage is currently closed off/locked for owners storage.
Other things to note
Itâs important to note that this is our personal vacation home, not solely a rental property. You will have full access to the dock, parking under the covered portion of the dock and both sides to park a rental boat or your own boat, however we ask that unless requested otherwise use of the boat lift is not permitted. (If used improperly it is costly to fix and can be dangerous if played with -- there will be a lock on it).
New Dock floats as of Fall 2022, Completely new dock Ramp installed March of 2023 and New Dock Trex Flooring installed March of 2023.
