Welcome to the most epic corporate rental in all of Nashville!
This home was custom designed and built to be any owner’s dream. Perched high on a hill, within an area referred to as the “Hollywood Hills” of downtown, the interior is boasts timeless detailed quality materials, with furnishings from that provide tranquil luxury!
Stepping through the grand entrance, you will be greeted by a massive 2000sf wide open floor plan. The living room, dining area, and kitchen as well as a secondary seating area are all open to each other. The living room boasts a large fireplace while the dining area is complete with an impressive 1000 bottle bespoke temperature-controlled wine rack. The kitchen is completed with two large islands, Thermador appliances, two dishwashers, a warming drawer, and double ovens featuring convection and steam options. The secondary seating area directly overlooks the courtyard featuring a pool/hot tub. Additionally, there an office on the first floor (this can double as a bedroom and includes a console queen murphy bed), elegant half bathroom, plus the elevator access.
Adjoining the kitchen there is a large butler’s pantry complete with every coffee option known, as well as three more refrigerators plus cabinets with entertaining dishware and glassware for your outdoor enjoyment. The area also will lead you to the theatre area, complete with reclining movie chairs, surround sound, and a 70” television.
The outdoor courtyard is completely private with ten-foot-high walls and beautiful landscape. This area features a complete outdoor kitchen with two gas grills, sink, and ice machine. The area also has two fountains, pool/spa, wood burning fireplace, as well as a large gas fire option, and seating for every need.
Arriving on the second story you will be greeted by a large living area, complete with fireplace, hidden wet bar, and access to the screened terrace. This area divides the primary suite from two of the other bedrooms of the home. The primary suite will immediately envelop your senses with calmness and relaxation. The suite offers a king bed, seating area, access to the screened terrace, large walk-in closet, and bathroom. The primary bathroom was curated to provide relaxation, with a large walk-in shower, dual vanity sink, television, and free-standing air jet and chromotherapy tub. Across the other wing of the second story you will find the laundry room, and two other bedrooms. The bedroom on the west side of the home features a queen bed and ensuite bath with spacious walk-in closet. The bedroom on the east side of the home has been completed with custom xl-twin bunk beds, ensuite bathroom and again a large walk-in closet.
The third floor of the home contains the large media room complete with wet bar, pool table, fireplace, arcade games and access to the final bedroom with access to the expansive third floor terrace. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with ensuite access to a full bathroom and makes for a wonderful guest area with elevator access. The terrace on this floor is over 1500sf with two fireplace options and covered seating as well as access to the huge roof deck that provides a 360 view of all of Nashville.
