Welcome to Island Tower 1401, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium directly on the Gulf. Located on the 14th floor, this spacious condo offers breathtaking eastward views from the large balcony off the roomy living room, where you can soak in the beauty of the coastline and the sparkling Gulf waters.

The primary and 2nd guest bedrooms features a luxurious king bed. The 3rd guest room features two twin over full bunk beds. The all bedrooms offering private bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The primary bath includes both a separate shower and soaking tub, while the guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 12 guests in total. After a day on the beach, gather in the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining your loved ones.

Please note that the spa tub jets in the primary bath are no longer working, and the tub is now available for relaxing soaks.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
