Quiet Villa on Dataw Island with Creek Views

This villa is sure to please. Featuring 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 2 baths, and sleeping 6, the whole family will love spending time here. Dataw Island is a gated, golf-centric community with historic ruins, oak-lined roadways, and perfectly manicured lawns. The island is only 10 miles from Beaufort, 10 miles from Parris Island, and 10 miles from Hunting Island State Park. All of the island amenities such as golf, restaurants, fitness center, plus indoor and outdoor community pools are all accessible to you as our guest, additional fees could apply.

This home offers one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed with TV and en-suite bath. The second bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-sized bed and TV. There are also sliding doors that open up to survey the great room below. The bonus room is also located on the second floor. It features two twin beds. There is one bathroom upstairs which is shared by the two bedrooms. This bathroom was recently renovated and now has a walk-in shower.

You'll feel at home as you lounge in the great room in one of the comfortable couches or as you prepare meals for the family in the full-sized and kitchen. The dining area will seat the family but there is also the option of sitting in one of the two bar stools provided as well.

Each room has cable TV and WIFI is included as well for those guests who need to conduct business or just enjoy streaming video.

Spend some time on the back porch watching wildlife from one of the deck chairs.
